Somehow I predict my birthday will not be a happy day. *pat* If it's any consolation, mine wasn't all that happy either. I find that even when I try to prevent my hopes from getting up, it seems to happen automatically, that some visceral part of me expects my birthday to be special and magical and wonderful, even though it's never been any of the above. confused
