Wolf's eyes flashed at the name and a light breeze rose around him. As I told you last night he has moved his army. I'm certain it was towards my guild so I'm attempting to remove him before he can attack. I can't live with him hunting me so I've decided to hunt him. I understand my grand-uncle better than he realizes which is why I'll hunt him until one of us is no more.
Wolf then looked around sensing something with his earth sense before turning back to 9 and saying. And what are you doing now? Both you and your dojo have changed recently. I can sense an attachment to your soul so I can guess what you seek, but what is going on with this building?

“Speak up Kimoru if you have something to say. As for the building I am taking my members back t training. Most of them have lost there way and I’m going to help them find it again. We are a mercenary group first and a family second. There are too many people setting around and getting weak.”
9 shifted as she spoke, like a cat really to pounce on it’s pray.
“If Shadow really is sending an army to attack your guild then I will help. But do not mistake me as a friend. I look out for me and my own first.”

Wolf grinned behind his scarf and was tempted to say something rude but supressed the impulse. Instead he nodded and said Understood. He decided an ambiguous answer would be best at the moment.
His eyes lit as a thought came to mind. Oh and as for trust. Don't trust Shadow. I know him well and he is as untrustworthy as I am. I may be far more honest though so let me warn you of this. Once one of us kills the other they will be whole and the loser will be no more. I think you may understand that. A war is coming and I reccomend you avoid sheltering armies or fugitives. Now with that said, if I understand correctly you are a mercenary group. What does it cost or take to hire you?

9 looked him over and cocked her head to the side

Wolf laughed and made a slight hand motion. Very well. I was tempted to say that my own members are not out of practice so help is not needed. But I know of the army Shadow has so I'll take or hire all the help I can get. I have more than enough money in my coffers to hire a substantial number then. How many members are in your company? Wolf asked. As he did so he reached into a pocket of his coat and pulled out a small pouch held shut by a knotted drawstring. He tossed this to 9.

9 would see the glimmer of several dozen uncut gems. Mostly rubys and emeralds but with the slight sparkle of diamonds preasent as well. Wolf looked toward Kimoru and said softly What favor would you want? His eyes were glowing a soft golden with slight flecks of green.

Wolf made a slight negating shake of his head. There was a time I could fluently read and write many anchient or dead languages but that part of myself is scattered to the points of the compass. I won't be of any help with that. For now I will simply take my leave. I spent alot of energy chasing Shadow. I will see both of you another time. With that he melted into the ground and disappeared. His leaving was silent not even shifting the air around him and as he disappeared from sight he also disappeared from other senses. It was as if he never was. This was a display of the true reason Shadow feared him.
