Eyes widening a bit at what the other man said, Kalore had to think about that, but just for a split second. Soon he was smiling softly, snuggling under the covers with the other man, “I understand…” He leaned over and kissed his cheek softly. “I’m glad that you’re here, Monty.”
Dusk sighed some, shaking her head, “Trust me… Kalore and Rave? They don’t need to take out Gambler to be known for power.” Kalore was someone that could walk into any elvish area, just about, and just flip his hair and the man would get what he wanted… It was horrible to think of him like that, but it was a good idea to have such a ‘pretty boy’ looking man in someone’s defenses. He smiles and people faint, but they forget that he’s the deadliest shot with a knife or bow out there. Rave… He’s rave. “Blood Elves? Avoid them. They’re traitors, murderers, and users of Blood Magic… hence the name.”

"So, they are the elf version of demons." He said, eating a bit of his herbed rice and sighing softly at how good it was. Scooping up a bit, he offered it to Dusk to try. "Would you like to try?"
"Shhh. Rest." He said, lightly nuzzling his forehead. The demon didn't want to fight because if he continued to fight it would kill what was forming between him and the elf. That and he didn't want to be bitter or angry at someone who was in as much fault as he was, only the demon was worse.

Smiling a bit more at the other man, Kalore nodded, “Okay.” He didn’t say much else as he soon was snuggled up close to the other man, sighing softly once more. “Good night, Monty.” Keeping close, his eyes soon ended up closing before he could hear the other’s reply. It was funny how he could sleep completely easily now that he had something warm near him.
Dusk nodded, “Basically.” She blinked at the offered food, soon leaning up to take a bite. It wasn’t bad, but it was definitely different. “it’s different… Not bad, kinda good…” She shrugged a bit before offering him part of her steak. “I think this is actually pretty good.”

Kyoshi smiled and took the offered bit. "That's really good." He smiled and ate some of his ribs. "What sort of music do elves listen to? From my first and last visit, no one looked as if they listen to metal." He said, remembering the elf wedding he crashed to get Dusk out of as no one wore anything remotely cool, in his opinion.
Monty nodded slightly somehow finding his peace and falling asleep with Kalore, warmly wrapped around his arms.

Dusk shrugged a bit, “I don’t really know. Honestly, the music is mostly punk… or electonica… or pop.” She laughed some, shaking her head once more. “I dunno… folk music, the instrumentals… they’re the most beautiful things out there, though… I don’t think that I’ve ever heard something so pretty from anywhere else.” And the woman completely meant it.

Kyoshi nodded slowly and blinked. "Maybe someday I can hear what your talking about." Since the only beautiful music he's ever heard was from Heaven and that's saying alot since he liked metal and hard rock, the kind that gets the blood pumping.

The woman chuckled softly, nodding a bit at the other man. “Well… Kalore can play most of it really well. I’m not that great at it, but I can see if I can play it… The best people to play it are those like Kit and Kalore, though…” She nodded a bit to herself as she offered Kyoshi another bite of her steak, smiling softly at the other man. “Is there anything else that you’d like to know about it, Kyo?”

Kyoshi shook his head and took the bite. He offered Dusk a rib with some rice and a piece of a his cornbread for her to try on a little bread plate for her. Pushing that over to her, he sipped his beer and asked for another one. "Hmm, the clothes. Tell me about the clothes." He said, again not seeing anyone in normal jeans or shirts even the guards didn't look like guards that he knew.

Ah… Another difficult question. “Once again, it depends on where you are. When you’re in places like Harl, jeans and a tee shirt are fine… but… in Ellwood? Very lightweight clothing, but it looks like it’s heavy. Hell, most of the time what the guards will wear are things that can’t be penetrated, but it’s one of the lighter things around.” Tapping her chin, she offered a bit of the herbed baked potato. “Intricate designs, colors change depending on where you live. Mostly it’s for camoflauge.”

The seraph considered that and nodded, nibbling on a bit of the herbed baked potatoe nodding in approval of the taste. "Angels has similiar clothing. Only it's not the cliche of white robes. Depending on your rank to his Lord, you either wore a red, gold, white, black for his army and many others, sometimes depending on a specific duty you have to the King." He closed his mouth when the waiter came so they didn't here him talk about Heaven and think him crazy.
Nodding his thanks, the angel looked at Dusk with a smile. "There are three spheres with three ranks inside each. The third sphere are the low ranks who where white. So when people say they have been visited by angels in white those are the low ranks who are charged with watching over the humans generally. The second sphere they were the red and the third sphere," He pointed to himself since he was a seraphim, one of the highest ranked angels,
"Wore gold. Yet me, Gambler and a few of our friends who were also part of the His army as leaders to those wore black as well. Generally we would wear gold robes, sort of like Romans or Greeks but before a fight, we wore black armor and a gold cape or something. It's some pretty cool material because you could stab us no matter how many times and it wouldn't penerate to the skin. Don't get me wrong, we did show skin from our arms, legs, head and sides but we have powers so it wasn't a big deal." He smiled and chewed on a bone from a rib.
"Demons are the same way. Since Lucifer is from Heaven originally, he brought that same color rank to Hell. Being that he's the more power there, he wears his gold and white and black colors as does his family to show their rank and the rest just wear whatever he wishes." Kyoshi shrugged, liking to share a bit about himself to Dusk, which was a first for him.

Blinking as the other was talking, Dusk was also nibbling on her food as she listened. Granted, she hadn’t asked and if she knew that the other man was going to explain this much into something that confused her a bit, she wouldn’t have asked… But then again, it was pretty interesting. She nodded some, leaning a bit on her hand as she explained about the different ranks in Heaven. Dusk wasn’t a Christian, nor did she know all that much about the faith, but that didn’t mean that she wasn’t a bit interested.
Once he was done, the woman nodded a bit, “I didn’t know that… Hell, I didn’t even know that there were different types of angels.” Using the two words in the same sentence probably wasn’t the nicest thing to do, but… oh well. “Wait… Lucifer… Who’s that?” Of course she wouldn’t know who the Devil was… in her mind, the ‘devil’ was unnamed, like their Goddess. He was simply the God of the Dead.

Kyoshi blinked slowly. "Lucifer? You know, Satan? Prince of Darkness? The Beast? Six-Six-Six?" He said, finishing up his plate and sipped his beer with a smile at Dusk. "Well, like you have many types of Elves, there are many types of angels and demons. And most dress similar to the Light elves but more of it has to do with just rank." Keeping that smile on his handsome face, the male looked at the dessert menu and thought about what he wanted. "What would you like for dessert?"

The hybrid simply blinked in her answer, hearing the names that honestly meant nothing to her. She knew that this was supposed to be some high powered guy, but Dusk didn’t really see the big deal. “So… the Devil, right?” Another blink and she shrugged, “Then… he was an angel?” Well, that’s definitely a long way to fall, but she didn’t think much on it. Not her religion, not her problem. Even if she was dating one of the said’s creatures… “Dessert… hm… I’ll have…” She soon was looking through everything when she saw a high priced chocolate dessert, grinning more. ”That.”

Kyoshi blinked at the dessert and groaned in mock dismay. "Your going to suck me dry of money, woman." He teased and nodded, calling the waiter over so that they could have their chocolate desserts since it did look good, so Dusk knew how to pick the items well. "What about your religion? What is it like?"

Dusk smirked a bit before she blinked. Suck him dry? Wait, what? “What do you mean?” The thought that he was completely taking the bill hadn’t crossed her mind before she soon was shrugging a bit. “My religion? Mostly I guess you’d compare it with Buddhism?” She didn’t know for sure, but Dusk was sure that that was right. “It’s mostly just give thanks to the Goddess, don’t piss her off, show respect to those that she appoints, and… seriously don’t piss her off.” That was the problem with having a woman as your leader… Quite a moody one… Dusk’s thoughts stopped as the candle flickered just a bit more in front of them, the woman looking up with a bit of a smile. “And I’m worse, so of course there’s no mean thoughts on it…”
