Same here, depending on what he's doing and how he's feeling. In general, I see him having "No Accent". Which is what most people on American TV have...
Depends on where you're at. xD I mean. To a westerner, westerners don't have accents, and vise versa.

Naruto-The-6 Hokage can you guys donate plzzz just 2k What? Please don't spam or beg. 2k is not hard to get. (Seriously I got over 10k in just a couple hours by playing booty grab.) I don't see America having any accents either... but maybe if he's angry or something he gets a bit of an accent? lol I heard of the rumor and it's supposedly going to come out next year? Guess we'll have to wait for more news on that.

I agree on America not having an accent. Mid-American (technically no accent), maybe something southern if he's IN the south at the moment or something, I don't know.
Though... Russia having a thick Russian accent, Germany having a German... mmmm...

Italian, French, hell even English (though I find that one amusing as well)! I read in the news yesterday something about American soldiers teaching Canadian soldiers French XD And it was blasting Canada for not taking advantage of its bilingual-ism too.

So I was watching Anthony Bourdain where he visits Russia. Mostly it was him and his Russian friend getting revenge on each other. You could feel the tension and it was quite awkward.
