Blizzard120 "I would imagine so. Stand on your own and all that good stuff, I hear you." she said. "Still, ugh. I thought that I had it bad in hindsight growing up." "Yeah, pretty much." He said, taking a swig of his tea. "So, what's your story? Seems like I'm not alone in hardships." He asked the hybrid.

Ship took Sub's mug and tipped it off, even refreshed his own for a third serving of tea. He brought them back and tried to smile. There was a weight behind it, however, he just couldn't let go. "Here you go."

"I guess that I should though since you were so willing to share. Really...I wasn't so much of the woman you see now." she said. "I was just a human once. Well, a privileged one sort of speaking. Believe it or not, I was a bit of a crime boss."

He said sipping the tea, raising the mug up to Ship with a nod. "A crime boss? Really now...I would never have guessed. Well then, what made you give up such a life?" Sub asked, highly interested at this point.

Keiko looked at Freth, a bit surprised at this news. She hardly seemed like she'd lived that kind of life. In fact, if anything, she seemed rather... gentle.
Though that was probably the majestic grace of the Articuno inside of her. Without knowing what she was like as a human, looking at her wasn't going to reveal any secrets.

Ship sat quiet and sipped from his tea. He hoped this story would be a bit less teary than Sub's.

RCCaughtem "Yes, that is very true. But I will still do what I can to help track down and recover the fragments. They are just too dangerous to leave alone." RC says with a nod of agreement. "Agreed. Maybe I should see about Sol teaching me a few more things..." If they were dangerous, it was only going to get worse, right?

"Well..." she thought back for a moment. "Like I said, I was a human. A crime boss. I lead a band that went to the highest bidder, I guess you could say. The bunches that were around at the time before the rangers squandered everyone for good, at least for a time, always had a demand for someone to get the really gritty stuff done. I mean, really big inside jobs that they couldn't have done themselves. We were the bunch that the organizations knew and the rangers didn't. We were so under the radar, it wasn't funny, but it was good. We were good at what we did and we racked in quite the profit." she said. "That is, of course, when the bunch was lead by my father. He died...and guess who got it." She pointed to herself. "I was a girl, barely remembering my own mother and worked under my father for the longest just like the rest of the gang. When I took it over, I was already to the point that I got tired of working for these organizations. I was thinking, since we were so good, why not show these guys up and show how it is done. Show that we don't need to make ourselves known and score the biggest thing possible without the Rangers being the wiser. And everything was going just fine...I come to find out the living embodiment of chi known as Celcius and figured, let's give us some serious firepower by grabbing that thing somehow. I didn't think it would be easy, of course, and we were trying to go in with every precaution...but I don't think anything could of prepared myself or anyone...for Blizzard."

Keiko was so enthralled by Freth's story that she was glued to the spot.. until her body shifted wierdly, causing Stasy's ball to open. The baby ball of pink zoomed out of the kitchen, passing by Lykas to do so and causing Keiko to chase after her.

TerashiLeonGoken Keiko was so enthralled by Freth's story that she was glued to the spot.. until her body shifted wierdly, causing Stasy's ball to open. The baby ball of pink zoomed out of the kitchen, passing by Lykas to do so and causing Keiko to chase after her. Lykas was quietly listening to Freth's story now as she spoke and nearly didn't see what was happening with Keiko until something caught his eye. Something tiny and.........."PINK! " He yelped as he jumped toward the ceiling, grabbing the top of the doorframe nearby and clinging to it for dear life. "Kill it! Killitkillitkillit!" He pleaded as he attempted to prevent himself from slipping from the doorframe. With this little display, it might end up being his own storytime before too long. Depends who actually cared enough to wonder what was wrong in his head. Outside, sitting by the waterfall, was a middle-aged man and his shiny Swablu, fishing rod in the man's hand. "Did you hear something, Tweety?" The man asked as he sat up a bit straighter. "Blu." The Swablu replied, ruffling her feathers as she watched the water for signs of food.

"Stasy! You really shouldn't run off like that! You scared poor Lykas like that..."
This was, of course, said outside of Snagem HQ, within earshot of Al. It took her that long just to catch up to Stasy.

It took her that long just to catch up to Stasy. "Hm?" Al looked up from his fishing at the sound of a voice. "I knew I heard something....." He told Tweety as he hauled his line in and stood up. "I bet it's another one of those kids from the other day." He'd had about enough of those brats causing a commotion. He had half a mind to tell the whole lot off. But then....He'd probably never have the guts to do something like that until he found the other half of that mind. "Blu....." Tweety warbled sadly as she fluttered into the air and flew off in search of the sound. Her master was quickly in pursuit of her, however. "Tweety! Get back here!" He demanded, though it was half-hearted at best. This man was a complete wuss.

Keiko stopped still when she heard a man's voice. Ever since the night she broke up with Chaos, she had been at least a little bit wary of strange men. But then, with Pokemon by her side, she could defend herself better than she ever could before.
Keiko decided to investigate the voice, stepping out of the waterfall and almost walking face-first into a Swablu. "Oh, hello!" Keiko said with a smile.
