Shadow listed to his daugher yell down the phone at first. He couldn't help but laugh a little at her excitment. "I miss you to Alexia. I would have come with you two but... I have things that need to be done here. it is hard for me to get time off but I will come and visit you at some point when things calm down here." he said with a smile. It felt good to Shadow to hear his daughters voice again. It just brough back all the feelings that had been through around and mixed with everything else. He missed Alexia greatly.

"Yeh, It'll be out little secret. I can't wait to come and see you." he said as he took the last draw of his cig and put it out. "I might be comming out with Vicki. I am not sure if I will have the time at that point but I will try. If I cannot come out to you with Vickilyn, then I will come out there myself and see you. i promise that to you." he said in a serious tone.

Shadow was confused at what Alexia had said but figured she would ask since he wasn't there and he had no idea what people would be saying to her. "Of course I still love you. I never stopped loving you Alexia." he said in a very serious tone. He didn't want his daughter to think he didn't care for or love her. Shadow knew how trumatising it could be for a child to fidn out that thier parents didn't care for them but Shadow did care for Alexia and he find a way of showing it to her when he got enough time to go and see them.

"That was very nice of her. I hope you are taking very good care of that doll now." he sia din a half joking tone. He was starting to lighten up and relax. "No, momma did not tell me you broke your arm... How did you manage to break it?" he asked with concern in his voice. He quickly cast otu all worries, her body should heal fast if she is given a constant supply of food.

"Thats good then Alexia, you keep taking care of it. Now as for the fall... i hope you have learned not to run down the stairs now. I don't want you to hurt yourself to bad. I don't knwo what I would do if that happened." Shadow said. He wasn't trying to guilt trip Alexia, he just wanted her to be more careful and hoped she would listen to him. "It is good that she is giving you extra blood. I have no idea what colour your cast is. Please tell me." he said with a lighter tone. he loved talking to his daughter, there was a strange energy in her voice that he could not explaine.

"I will see all those places with you when I come round there Alexia. I can't wait to see them." Shadow said as he looked to a neaby clock and realised the time. "I'm sorry Alexia but I have to go and get some sleep now. Please keep yourself safe and I'll talk to you soon ok." he said, he didn't want to stop talking to her but he had to sleep. "Goodbye for now Alexia." he added.

Shadow smiled as he heard what she said. He remembered those days, even if it was just barely. "Maybe I will try talking to him next time. Good night Alexia." he said as he hung up. Shadow let otu a sigh as he wlaked up to his bed room and lay down. Nothing felt right now. he was alone again and had nothign to comfort him in his times of dougbt. He hoped hsi daughter would stay safe and well. Shadow soon fell asleep with Alexia on his mind. All the times he had spent with her.
