Kyoshi reluctantly left the demon in the worst part of the city to find out what the hell was going on with the radical group here and to obviously put someone six feet under after trying to blow Kyoshi to bits. Heaven forbid the world felt the wrath of Monty because it wasn't pretty at all.
Getting to his apartment, he opened the door and limped inside a bit and coughed some soot out. Damnit he was pissed off and started to take off his ruined clothes with curses being muttered under his breath.

Hearing the coughing, Dusk frowned as she poked her head out, eyes widening, "Kyoshi?!" She looked worried, quickly walking over to the man as she looked him over. "Okay... so you leave and you're fine... but you come back and you look like someone just did a car bomb next to you.. What the hell, Kyo?" Moving around to get him something to drink and to wash with, Dusk was motioning for him to go sit down or something.

Kyoshi glared at Dusk. "Thank you for telling me something I already know." He took the water and sat down welcoming the fresh liquid go down his throat to take away the raspyness he was feeling. "Something went wrong and now my guy over there told me to come back to regroup until he can give me further information." He said and sighed, resting back to relax his sore muscles. Blinking he looked Dusk over and to change the subject, "You look great." He complimented.

Rolling her eyes at the other man, she simply leaned over and kissed his forehead, "I still look like s**t, stop lying." She was in her pants still, but the form fitting shirt was definitely an improvement from her normal body-hiding clothes. Moving so that she could use the warm cloth on the bits of soot and dirt that were on the other man, Dusk sighed softly. "Damn it, Kyo... Fine, do you know if you're going to be able to go to dinner or do you want to just rest?"

Kyoshi rolled his eyes and took the warm cloth, putting it on the table. "I'm going out to dinner with you Dusk. I said I would. Just let me get showered and changed." He said and kissed her nose, leaving a small mark of soot there and walked into the bedroom to the bathroom.

Seeing the soot, the woman blinked before she soon was wiping it off, blinking a bit more before chuckling softly, shaking her head some more. Moving so that she was back in her room, Dusk had her hands on her hip, glancing around to be able to find something else to wear. Her legs weren't too bruised, so that shouldn't be a problem with the skirt, which was good because she didn't own hose... Soon her shadows took care of the shoe problem as she was in high heels, the form fitting button up, shortish skirt, and soon had her hair pretty nice, a bit of eye liner and she was done. With a drop necklace, the woman looked... amazing. Especially with her hair back past her shoulders from when she had been in Ellwood. Sighing at the mirror, Dusk soon was moving to sit in the living room, biting her lip softly as she waited.

Taking a much needed shower, Kyoshi was starting to feel better even though his mind was still in hitman mode. Sighing softly, he finished up to dry off and put on some nice black pants with a sliverish button shirt that was tucked in and matched his messy silver hair. Walking out, he found Dusk sitting in the living room, looking amazing with a captial A. "Are you ready?" He asked, looking over her from head to toe.

"As ready as I'm gonna be." She smiled a bit before sighing some more, moving over to give the other a soft kiss. "You look great." There was another smile as he sighed softly, shaking her head just a bit as she leaned some near him. With the heels, Dusk's legs were shown perfectly as she was able to actually set her chin on the much taller man's shoulder. "Where is it that we're wanting to go, anyway? I don't know of many nice places here..."

Kyoshi wrapped his arm around Dusk and kissed her nose. "The question is, where do you want to go? Anywhere outside of area?" He asked, thinking it would be nice to take her somewhere that she was more comfortable with.

Blinking some, Dusk had to think about that. She hadn't been to anywhere really nice since she was a kid, and all of those places were in Ellwood. There was the places in Dark Haven, but she didn't want to deal with them at the moment. Dusk wasn't disliked there, but there were always those few people that didn't like the woman just because she could breathe. "Hm... How about we go to a place that you like? All of my places are elvish, and I don't think that we'll be liked very much there." Giving him a nervous smile, Dusk leaned back up before smiling some more.

Blinking, Kyoshi nodded slowly. "If they don't like us then they are missing out on the couple of the year." He teased lightly to get her mind and his, off all the hell they have been through. "Let's go out dancing and then we can eat some...indian food." He said, throwing something random there since he hadn't gone out with a woman in a very long time.

Snickering a bit, Dusk nodded before blinking more, smiling a bit, "I like that idea. I've never had Indian food, though." She kept close to the other before sighing softly, shaking her head. "I think that it would be kind of fun to do something like that... hell, we don't even need to go dancing. Maybe just go out somewhere odd?" Maybe moving out into the woods, or going to see something, or anything odd? She didn't know.. The woman wasn't really someone that liked to go out on dates often...

Chuckling softly, Kyoshi lead his lovely woman out of the apartment. "We can go where ever you want and do whatever you want. Just say the word and it's yours." He said, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and holding her close. "Did you find Kalore?"

Dusk sighed softly before shaking her head some more, "I... I don't know what it is that we should do, though... I haven't been on a date in a while..." All that the woman knew was that dinner was a good date. Other than that, it was just something that she didn't completely know about. Another sigh and she kissed him softly, keeping close to the other. "Dinner is really all that I know to do..."

Kyoshi smiled at her. "Well from what I remember from dates is going out to movies, dancing, dinner or just going out for a walk and then some coffee. Or sometimes, we can have a date at home where we just cook and talk for hours upon hours." He said, remembering that he had done that once but shrugged it off. It was a past and he was in the now with someone who was beyond amazing and totally worth more than any great treasure in the world.
