Eva would only start to wander around the mansion. She stood around 5'3, mid-length dark blonde hair, and piercing green eyes. Her skin was a bit unclean, as was her clothing, but for the most part, she was alright.
It seemed that things were moving along nicely at this mansion. Almost like a complex for many a people to live at. Flashes of another building came to her mind. Many a laughter, and the clinking noise of wine glasses was heard as well.
Eva kept wandering.

Draeken Aakarshan (A bit late I know...heh...) He hummed at being bit and smiled a bit. "You'll survive, Love. You did last time." He grinned nervously then blinked and looked towards the lake, despite there being no windows nearby that would give a good view of it. "Something is coming. Something...odd." Phia looked towards the lake and nodded "Aye...something very wierd." She took his hand gently.

Draeken squeezed Phia's hand lightly before letting go and looking to her. "I don know what it is, or how powerful it might or might not be, but I suggest you hide yourself just in case. Don' argue with me Phia. You're in no position to fight if things do come to that." His eyes were like ice now, not just in color, but in their hardness as well.
*Edit*
Hearing his name called out loudly, he blinked. Quickly he found the person shouting by means of his psychic abilities and spoke calmy towards her mind. "Can I help you?"

*It wouldnt take long for Kyiana to reach the other side of the lake and begin approaching the massive doors of the Mansion. She could tell that she had been noticed from the inside so she felt that there would be no need to knock. So up to those massive doors she strode, her blank face almost looking confidant.*

Aaaaiiiieeeee~~~!!!
The cry was oddly high-pitched, yet in it's own way deep. Though one might not be sure, one could easily assume this cry came from the small 2ft wide orb that was charging down towards the mansion from the skies. Pulsing in varient shades of blue, it seemed to lack definition, the edges of it becoming lost to clearness in what seemed to be a glow. Colors shifting and lacking definition, the orb seemed to be oddly capable of physical interaction.
A fact that was backed up by the resounding thud it made as it slammed into the side of the mansion. From there it bounced off several feet, before ramming into the cold walls once more.
This pattern would continue, until the thing reached the ground level. There, it would squeal in a hurried tone as small sparks of lightning shot out to slam the door. Given all the protective magic on the place, the Archon sincerely doubted it'd damage the building.

She wanted to argue but she knew if would put not only herself and the child she carried in danger. She walked from the room, stepping into the shadows and stepping out into her 'sanctuary' as she called it, no one could get in or out unless they were physically touching her.

Well, for starters I am curious to know what happened to my old home, there's a crater instead of the Black Company Dojo. But for right know? I'd say the three immortals outside your house might be of concern, especially the one comming in right about now. I've been using this mental connection to come to where you are, i have two friends with me, we can meet you in 3 minutes, I'm not sure how long the power will take getting to what she wants.

Sparkei awoke again, he hadnt realized he had fallen asleep again, but he had no time to ponder it. Jumping out of his bed, he slammed his door open just as he heard the magnefied "Draeken" guess my gut wasnt lying.... Not heading towards the stairs, he just leaped from the balcony and landed gracefully and silently and sped towards the parlor entrance, where he almost careened into the host, slipping on the floor, the hosts first sight of him was Sparkei, on his butt. "Oooouuuuuch..." he said rubbing his backside, looking up, he was intimidated, but managed a nervous grin. "Great first impression..." he grumbled. "There's something out there..." he said still too embarrassed to stand up, "or at least I think so, something about the air seems....alittle off." He made a move to stand up, but decided not to, he decided it was better for him on the floor...at least for the moment. This is just the way I wanted to meet the owner of this, almost running into him...yea...great...

The loud crashes resonated through the mansion as the fireball hit the wall. In the tea room, artwork fell from the walls, furniture shook, and Derrek, who had fallen asleep in his chair once left alone, awoke with a start. Derrek bolted from his seat, taking a moment to grab the two nearest weapons left over from the ritual, the halberd and the dagger-and-whip. Rushing up the stairs, he threw open the doors to a balcony and looked to find the source of the disturbance. He saw the fireball shortly before it exploded into the lightning. Looking to find the source, Derrek scanned the opposite side of the river. He saw nothing at first, only a dead tree ("When did that happen?") with a young looking boy walking around behind it out of view and the normal features of the opposite shore. Could that young boy have fired the blast? Derrek waited for him to emerge, though he never did. Mysteries upon mysteries. Derrek began attempting to find the threads indicating Draeken's presence. If anyone knew what was going on, he likely would. Finding who he was looking for, Derrek began making his way there.
~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~
The Erudemasa sitting next to the dead tree smiled at the blast, as did the Erudemasa across the lake. So it was beginning. They'd known it would happen, though they highly doubted the other two members of the triumverate had known it'd happen now. Closing the book, Tree Erudemasa opened a portal just out of view of the house and moved to stand next to it. Looking towards the mansion, he waved goodbye to himself and went through to times and places unknown as of now.
The Erudemasa next to the mansion waved to himself just as the blast dissipated. Peering around the edge of the mansion, he looked for what had become of Kyiana. Peering through the timestream often left him knowing what would happen, but even with the knowledge, it was always entertaining to see them come to be in the present, such as it is for him at the moment.
*Seeing and sensing the odd ball, Kyiana watched it as she approached the door. No doubt this was some doing of the one known as KB. Or perhaps one of that mans friends, if you could call them that. She dismissed the orb and the lightening it was ushering towards the door of the Mansion as she stepped aside to allow it to do so. With such an attack on the building, she was unlikely to get in by means of the doors opening. The next best thing would have to be done. Quite literaly, she folded space and time so that the inside of the door and the space in front of herself met, though all that would be seen would be a six foot tall and four foot wide 'doorway' that showed the inside of the mansion. She would step through it quickly and close it behind her before anything else could make it in. She was sure that Sundel would be able to find her own way in just as easily. Her quary was nearby, that much she knew. Things were going to get somewhat interesting from here on out.*
Draeken!
*Her voice echoed through the hallways, but not in a booming manner.*
Your time here in this plane has come. No more will you hide and run from my Masters.
With so many things happening at once, Draeken was almost overwhelmed. He was having a mental conversation, had just kissed Phia in return to hers when he parted from her and had nearly been run into by one of the recent refugees.
I had noticed them, though what they have come for I have no idea. Perhaps they are with KB and that lot, though I doubt it. As for the Dojo...Heh. I kinda blew that up a little while ago. KB was attempting to take it over and convert it into some sort of mobile weapon or something like that. I don remember clearly since my being seperated from my ancestor and his formerly evil side. You and your friends are all welcome here, of course.
Then there was the attack, or at least the attempted attack on the mansion. The orb did no physical damage to the structural integrity of the building, and nor did it really damage the shielding. The barriers shimmered and made those parts of the mansion hard to see for a second or two, but otherwise were undamaged. It was perhaps possible for a much more powerful and concentrated attack to make a hole in the shielding, but this one wasnt one such attack. With a sigh he shook his head and turned to the man that had just fallen from a balcony; or perhaps jumped?; and nearly rolled into him. "Hmm. Seems our friend KB is making his salutations, no? And who might you be, friend? One of the recent refugees from the Dojo I am sure." He smiled and offered his hand to the man so as to help him up from the floor.
He paused though at the sound of his name and the message being echoed through the hallways. It was one of the people that had previously been outside, though the door hadnt opened. "Damn it all. That definately isnt one of KB's buddies. Unless they have enlisted aid from an unknown source." He sighed again and began readying himself for possible combat.
The Archon shook violently at the attempt to dispel it, as if it were some spell, as if it were some summon. It's form wavered only slightly, though it's bolts of energy were easily swept away.
"How rude!" It's voice bellowed, dipping and weaving in pitch from high to low in an other-wordly sort of way. The others that had come to call were in no way connected to KB, but so far their diversion would serve well to KB's contingency plan. All the Archon needed was time, time enough to make contact with the innocence it sought as KB had sought to have it with the other child, Aria.
Without another word, the Archon whizzed back a few feet from the door. The fireball that had crashed into the mansion made little difference, for the Archon would not be hindered by such mild attempts. Oh no, it was created to do a job, and that drive fueled it's glow, it's existance, it's every thought and action.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Equally obediant, and perhaps just as single-minded, a group of metallic insectoid drones marched. 20 in total, a rather modest group really. Though in retrospect 20 armed and functioning units with a full firing spread was about 40 repeating constant energy shots, as well as 40, .50 cal guns raging upon any fleshies, all to be backed up by 40 SRM racks that were prepared to devastate the mansion from across the lake. That was the main buffer really, between the drones and the mansion, the only thing stopping their metal legs from ramming in the front doors. The lake, and the single drone that had befriended Eva.
Their timing was amazing, or perhaps it had meant to play out this way. After all, with roughly 200 stock units made give or take a couple of minor losses, it was an army waiting to march upon a target. Yet where was their general? Why were the bugs acting of their own accord? What or who could've possibly driven them to do such a thing, and at the same time had enough foresight to have them march just as others caused commotion?
It didn't matter. Arcane generators thrummed to life, polished black rings of stone coming to levitate within each drone in the secure chamber. The energy flared, the rings keeping the systems stable, for now. A light-blue, translucent shimmer would encompass each drone, as the arcane shields were brought online. 100 lenses flashed about, taking in every detail and processing each bit of it, their minds unified and acting as one, as part of a hive.
Let them rely on their magic, for KB had't forgotten the weaknesses of technology against the arcane arts. The drones were ready for field testing, their operator merely hoped that they would secure a swift victory, with as few casualties as possible.
((Eh? This is a fairly low-end attack, not an extermination or anything, merely meant to cause ruckus and allow other events to jump forward. I suspect there won't be any deaths, unless people decide to go suicide. =D ))

*Kyiana would find that Sundel was already in the mansion, leaning against a wall. No real explanation would be given without her asking, though it wasn't really important* ....... *As opposed to Kyiana's calling Draeken out, Sundel simply waited for him to reveal himself. It was pointless to have them both calling his name*

The Erudemasa upon the shore sighed. Those two hadn't taken the stream of time he'd anticipated and had completely bipassed his sudden appearance on the shore. Alas, nothing to be done about it. Erudemasa then looked down at his watch and realized he was late to for meeting Sundel and Kyiana over at the tree a few minutes ago and promptly disappeared through a portal.
Erudemasa (the one who'd disappeared from the tree, not that it makes any difference) stepped through a portal into the mansion. Looking out a window, he laughed as the force of robotic creations came to life. "Piling everything on D at once, are we? Not like they'll matter in the long run. After all, none of this will have come to be." Stepping quietly, Erudemasa made his way through the corridors towards the point D and his partners would make contact.

Running along at a hurried pace through the forest towards the mansion, was one lone figure, moving quickly, and not knowing what he was to encounter at the place mentioned by the large mechanical thing hed encountered back at the dojo.. Assist.. Archon... the words ran through his mind a little.. Archon... it rang a bell somewhere in his mind.. was he having such a brain lapse that he really couldnt think of what the drone had been talking about? .. apparently so.. but he ran on, no idea of where he was going to come out and into view... though it seemed likely, the aforementioned, miniature demolition squad of drones, armed and prepped for some destructive endeavour or another, and their more right-hand flank was likely to be his entrance to the scene... and that was, to say the least, going to be very awkwards...
