Dystra heard a bitterness in his tone, but she softly opened the door, "Chris? What's the matter?" she asked him while walking slightly into the room, closing the door gently behind her. She hoped that she didn't do anything to upset him again. She wanted nothing more then him to be happy here.

"Nothing. I'm just peachy," Chris replied, frowning and closing his eyes. He hadn't moved from his bed, and it might have looked like he was staring at the ceiling.

Dystra crossed her arms, "I am not leaving tell you tell me what is wrong. I don't like seeing you so angry. It bothers me, Chris." she said and took a few steps closer to where he was laying on his bed. She wanted him to trust her, but now it felt like she had taken two steps back when it came to earning his trust.

"Well, maybe I want to be angry for a little bit. Okay?" Chris asked, frowning. He knew it was bad to shut down and shut out people like this, but he really didn't want anything to do with anyone.

Dystra was getting angry. She couldn't help it. "Well when your finished, I'd like to have a mature conversation with you." she said, snapping back. She knew she should have been calmer since she didn't know what was bothering him, but when she got angry, there was nothing pretty about it. Her ears were almost straight back as she turned to leave the room. She would leave him alone for now, let them both cool off.

Yuki woke up to Dystra in the other room. She got up, went to Chris' door and knocked on it. "Mommy is everything ok with big brother?" She said quietly

Dystra stopped, hearing Yuki on the other side of the door, "Everything is fine Yuki. Go back to bed." she was still getting used to them calling her mom. Maybe it would where off by the morning. They were very tired afterall, maybe they weren't thinking straight. She waited to hear Yuki leave before she would open the door to go to her room.

"Ok mommy good night." Yuki walked back to her room and get in bed falling sleep again.

That caught Chris a little off guard... But he didn't show it. It made him regret snapping at Dystra like that, and being so rude and stuff... But not enough for him to apologize. He kept his eyes closed and rolled over, trying to sleep.

Once she heard Yuki leave, Dystra stepped from Chris's room and headed back to hers. She got changed back into her night clothes, but didn't lay down in bed. She walked out to her balcony and sat on the ledge, looking out. She heard the grandfather clock inside chime at 3am. She still couldn't sleep, so she allowed her mind to wander as she closed her eyes, waiting for sleep to come. After a long while, she drifted off to a light sleep, still sitting on the ledge of the balcony.

Yasuo woke and woke Yuki up. "Come on I think mom needs to get up." Yuki nods and they run into Dystra's room. "Mommy time to get up." They both said with a smile on there faces

Dystra's eyes shot open as she heard them. "Huh? Oh..." she looked around, realizing where she had fallen asleep. She stood up and walked drowzily to the bed. "Good mornin guys. I hope you both slept well."

"Yes we did." Yasuo smiled sweetly. "Mommy are you ok? You look worn out." Yuki walked and stood by her looking worried. Yasuo looked at Dystra and walked out to Chris' room. He went in. "Hey little brother what happend to mom....I mean Dystra?" Yasuo looked at him hopping he would know.

Chris frowned, opening an eye. "She came in here last night and talked, then walked out. Why?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. His other eye opened as well, and he sat up groggily.

"So he doesn't mind being called little brother? Cool, I have a little brother now." Yasuo thought and walked in out of the door way. "Because she doesn't look to good I was just wondering what she did yesterday after.....she made me go to bed." He walked out and looked over his shoulder. "Thanks little brother." He smiled and walked back to Dystra's room. "Do you need anything mommy?" Yuki took off the cloth around her eyes and sat beside her.
