Vira saw he was done with his food, a little embarrassed that she had grabbed too much, sipping at her water again to hide it. Still, she was a bit distracted by what he would answer. She also had to think about how she'd hold him. Or should she? She could most certainly hold him with a breeze. That would be easiest. She wasn't sure if her arm strength would be enough. Actually, she really didn't trust it. She knew how she'd handle it now. I can do that.
As he agreed to it, her face lit up and she screwed on the cap for her water, popping up. "Fantastic!!" She jumped once, then offering both hands to him to both help him up, and so she could fasten some wind bands that would ensure he didn't stray too far. At least, not until she was sure he could handle flight himself. Otherwise, she was thinking of directing him.

That was certainly true. He wondered if they might be able to wonder off campus for awhile. There would surely be something to do on the outside world. Aside from that, there options were limited. "Yeah, I guess we'll have to come up with something though." Wandering around campus and taking in the sights might be the best option they had if they couldn't do anything else. He hadn't seen all of the grounds yet. After all, today was only his second day. In the end just spending time with Ranka was good enough for him. They could move from spot to spot if they ended up too bored.
"I guess having the day off from classes means you have a bit more free time than usual. Well, that goes for all of us. Is there anything you've ever been curious about, or wanted to try that might seem interesting?" It was a vague and broad topic, but that was okay. It meant that it could range and branch off into all kinds of things. Surely Ranka knew about some activities. If not, he didn't mind teaching her more about things she might not understand. That certainly seemed to help pass the time.

It wasn't something he really knew how to prepare himself for. Upon accepting Hyunn tried to imagine how it would feel, or how she might go about it. The mental image of him floating in the air was a bit odd to him. But he was going to try his best to stay calm. He'd never been suspended in mid air before. Not for longer than a second or two. Even then it was simply because he'd jumped or dove or somehow come free from the ground. Still, like everyone else gravity had always pulled him back. He wasn't sure what to expect as he reached out for her hands.
Helping himself up, Hyunn looked up to the sky for a moment, quickly returning his gaze to Vira seeing her suddenly so excited. He laughed a little seeing how much energy she suddenly had simply from his answer. Was she always this excitable? If so he could see himself meeting with her more often in the future. Her constant bright mood was almost contagious. He felt better every time she got all excited. "So, how are we going to do this?"

Ranka nodded slowly, not accustomed to being still for so long. The sparring match was a lovely distraction from that fact, but now it had come back to bug her. She briefly wondered if Sheryl had attended to her duties or if the Elder's had for her, glancing up to the skies to see if the spirits were gone. Well, there seemed to be fewer of them. Maybe she was doing it bit by bit from their room. That would be good.
She was snapped back to his presence as he spoke again, nodding again. Though, she paused and thought about that. Was there anything? She shook her head, "I arrived here a day before you. I really only know what I was told. The basics of places. Gymnasium, classrooms, administrative building, dorm building, the lake and the maze. This field as well. There's an herbal garden and a rose garden elsewhere on campus. Other than that, my sister and I have found nothing particularly interesting." She answered, looking in the direction of where each was as she said them.

Vira liked his smile, it was really nice. Snapping out of it, she took his hands in her own and almost formed the bands but then stopped to think about it. "Well, I was thinking I'd just have a current of air carry you like it does me. Except rather than just being one current, it's more like it carries you everywhere. Or, wherever I want us to go." She explained, a small wind gathering around her ankles that lifted her up, flowing up to her back where she felt pseudo wings form for the moment.
She held his hands a bit tighter, a thin stream of water wrapping around their wrists just to be safe, probably not seeming the most reliable thing to him but she knew it was. "For now, I'm just going to take us up to the roof. From where, you pick where we go. You've never flown before after all." She smiled brightly, lifting the two of them up slowly. Once his feet left the ground, he would probably feel like something was swirling around him and yet not, his body raising till it was level with her own. Giggling, she flew them both upwards towards the roof of the nearest building, breathing in as she felt the wind roll past them. Now they hovered over the roof, looking to him with a smile tilting her head a bit since she wasn't sure how he'd react.

Well, it was good to know what was around on campus. Though, he had meant just in general, not about the campus. Maybe he should have been more specific when he asked. It was times like these that he forgot Ranka was still learning and experiencing certain things. He looked around for a moment, taking mental notes of where certain spots were. he might have to take a self guided tour of the campus grounds. Familarize himself with areas he might visit to release Kei. He didn't think he'd be sparring with Ranka every single day.
He smiled, thinking on his words as he rephrased it in his mind. How to make it worked without confusing her. "Okay. I guess you're still learning some things about Estelle too. What about just in general? About people, or emotions, anything at all. Was there ever anything you wanted to learn more about?" It was broad topic to try and ask, but he could try. It might make things slightly easier, or give them something to do anyway.

Air currents. That made sense. He didn't really understand how wind could lift him up, but she seemed to manage it so he would trust her. She was the expert on this sort of thing. Where to go. Honestly he didn't have any destination or specific spot in mind. He just wanted to feel what it would be like to fly, like she did. He was sure it would be much more complicated with him as well, but he was hoping it would all go well. She was confident enough to offer to take him up, so he was assuming she could managed it. Feeling the water one his wrists he looked down for a moment, quickly looking back to her.
"Alright. Sounds good to me." He would just pick a random direction and they could go from there. As they slowly lifted from the ground he felt his hands squeeze a little tighter, not sure what to expect. At first, it was hard for him to believe that he was actually lifting from the ground. Slowly his feet left, and he watched still having trouble believing. Eventually his eyes rose to meet with Vira's and he smiled lightly. So this was what it felt like. It felt strange at first, not having a solid base beneath his feet. "You're lucky, to experience this everyday. Most people can only dream of it."

Ranka blinked at his adjustment to his question, had she misunderstood before? Her eye lowered, occasionally glancing from side to side as she thought it over. In general? Did she have any questions that he could answer? She sat there for a few minutes thinking through anything that she had experienced in the past morning that he hadn't already answered for her. Finally, she reached a conclusion.
Shaking her head, her eye finally returned to his own, knowing that no other girl could be as dense or difficult. But she wasn't made for these conditions, not in the least bit. "I don't believe so. You've answered my questions up till now. Was there anything you wanted to ask me? I recall there were things you didn't want to say in the cafeteria or ask, but I don't believe you ever did after that." She murmured, not sure if he would end up asking his questions now or not. It was fine if he didn't, though part of her was curious what he wanted to ask.

When she saw him smile, Vira laughed a bit, the band of water fading as her hands slipped from his. They rose up at a faster pace up to the roof top, directing them so they curved around a bit, herself swirling to face him. She blushed a bit, shrugging her shoulders a little out of embarrassment. "Thanks. I am happy that I can. It's a simple joy that I have. This and singing." She saw a few birds fly past them, a couple rather confused at seeing them off the ground.
With that, she couldn't help it, she had to soar about a bit. She suddenly shot forward, leaving him to hang there, twirling in the air as she pulled up and went up higher. Laughing, she rolled onto her back and continued forward, then diving down towards him again. It almost seemed like they would collide, but her face stopped inches from his, her upper body bent at a 90 degree angle, one knee bent with her hands clasped behind her back. Sticking out her tongue with a giggle, she backed off and hovered in front of him again where she had been before, personally feeling much better. "Sorry, had to. Haven't flown yet today."

Well, that didn't really turn out like he'd hoped. What not? If they didn't have a whole lot to talk about or do, Seiji felt the day would drag on by, slowly taking the time to pass. As much as he enjoyed being with Ranka, he was sure even she would get bored of simply sitting around in one spot. He was hoping there'd been something, anything she might be interested in. It seemed like this moment would go on forever, until Ranka mentioned something he wanted to ask her. That's right, there had been something hadn't there? Though now that he was trying to recall it, he couldn't.
What had it been? Seiji struggled to try and remember what his question had been. No, it wasn't going to come to him. He sighed, his eyes looking to the ground for a moment. "I can't remember." He could remember the context of the situation. What he might have wanted to ask, but at the moment it simply wasn't returning to his memory. He hoped he wasn't boring her too much. Not that their sparring was over he felt like he must have been the most boring person on the planet.

As they rose up Hyunn to a slight moment to look around, only craning his neck, not daring to move his body. He felt like if he tried to move he'd plummet back to the Earth below. It still felt odd, having nothing but the air beneath his feet. It was like he had a rope or harness attached that kept raising him higher and higher. He was almost afraid to make a move. "Simple to you, but amazing to everyone else I'm sure. I'd never be able to experience anything like this without your help. That much is for sure."
When Vira let him go and took off on her own, Hyunn stiffened, not daring to move even the slighest. His eyes watched her zip about wondering how she could do such things. It was obviously because he'd never experienced something like this before, but Hyunn wasn't going to risk it by trying to move. He didn't know the mechanics of this, or how she managed it. If she was going to soar about he was going to stay still. He didn't want to suddenly fall because a bit of curiousity had gotten the better of him. As she came hurtling back, he closed one eye almost expecting her to crash into him. When he opened his eyes to find her only fooling around he didn't know how to feel. "Haha, well, that's great for you. But I haven't flown ever. So...I think I'll take my time with this."

Ranka merely nodded, her free hand coming up to his chin, her index finger just brushing it. "That is alright. I wasn't sure if you would or even want to ask." She said softly, hoping she hadn't upset him in some way. She was really bad at this interaction thing. Weren't people who were going out supposed to know each other well? At least, that was how it seemed to be portrayed in movies and books. So far she was finding them to be a bit false. She had no idea what he may want to do for fun.
"I apologize for not being more helpful in this situation. I was not made for or taught what to do in these situations." She murmured, again lowering her eyes.

aiya, he seemed uncomfortable. That wasn't good. Hmm... What should she do? She again seemed embarrassed, chuckling a bit. "Happy to help." She smiled, lifting him up slowly with her. What should she do to help him feel more comfortable? Ummmmmmmmm.......
"Sorry..... I get excited." She bit her lower lip, one hand holding his. The other she touched to her lips, nibbling on it in thought. What should she..... "Would a visual help you feel more comfortable?" She asked him softly, though it was also just a thought she phrased aloud. She ended up forming the bands of air around his wrist, connecting them to her own, her other hand taking his. "We can just do this for now if you'd feel more comfortable. And you can relax, I promise you won't fall. I'd catch you if you did." She offered with a nervous smile, worried she was frightening him somehow. She started to float slowly backwards for herself which would be forwards for him, pulling him gently with her.

He was sure if he could remember it he would have asked by now. If anything it was bothering him slightly that he couldn't remember whatever it was he wanted to ask. Why he couldn't remember it? Hopefully it would come back to him eventually. He'd keep it in the back of his mind. Maybe something later on would remind him of it. "I'm sure I'd ask if I could think of what it was I wanted to ask. I just can't seem to remember at the moment." It seemed like that moment was further off in the past then it really was. Maybe that was why he was having trouble recalling the question.
"You don't have to apologize for it. I know this is all so new to you." Seiji watched her lower her eyes, lifting his free hand this time he took hold of hers and pressed his lips softly against her hand like a kiss, though didn't pull away for the moment. He was enjoying her touch far too much. It seemed like whenever he was feeling a little frusterated or anxious just feeling her cold skin against his. It soothed him, he wasn't sure why, but it did.

Well, at least she knew he would have asked if he could remember. "It's not like it's that important. It isn't worth worrying too much over." Ranka didn't want him to anyways. It wasn't logical to.
As he kissed her hand, she sort of froze up. The gesture had both, caught her off guard and made her happy. No one had done that to her in years.... But back then it was what men did to be polite to a Lady. Blinking, her eyes refocused on him and she smiled softly, finding herself leaning forward as she moved her hand to the side. With that, her lips met his softly, her cheeks flushing as she enjoyed that sensation of his warmth against her cold.
