 M a p l e l e a f "Stand up for what you believe in; otherwise, you will be trampled on by those who don't."____________________________________ ((Okay, here's what happened: Willowstar asked me to create/adopt a BreezeClan warrior, so I'm doing a timeskip and making Maplekit a warrior. Sorry for the confusion, I'm just trying to help out. I'd also like to request Cloverkit as my apprentice (if it's okay with you, Rain) but it's up to the Clan, since I am new. ^^))
[Mapleleaf sat among the warriors, her eyes shining as Embergaze was named a warrior. She chanted his name, remembering her warrior ceremony, not too long ago. She padded over to congragulate him, her green eyes shining happily for her Clanmate.]
"Congratulations, Embergaze! Your name suits you so well, and you really deserved your ceremony! The only thing I feel sorry for you is your vigil tonight. Don't fall asleep!"
[Mapleleaf mewed, with humor in her voice. She gave him a lick on the ears in congratulations.]

 C l o v e r k i t“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”___________________________[Cloverkit watched everyone working with a blank gaze. So many feelings stirred within him, yet he displayed none of them. Still, he sighed and looked at his paws.]
There're plenty of warriors in BreezeClan, but most are going to leave now to go find the remedy, so that leaves me as a kit for another moon or so...Perhaps Willowstar will think of something eventually...
[The tom shifted on his paws. He didn't like the ambition that stirred within him one bit. It reminded him of Dicekit too much. Nonetheless, every kit wanted to be a warrior, so his feelings were understandable. His clear, pale green eyes scanned the clearing. So many cats...Surely some would find the time to take up an apprentice or two?]

@Timber- Ahh, bleh. I need to catch up with all my OCs now...Since you wrote that she's scrambling after him, I'm going to post at the border then! > <))

"From this day forward, until he has earned his warrior name, this apprentice will be called Cloverpaw."
"Mapleleaf, you are ready for an apprentice. You will begin Cloverpaw's training.You have shown pride and great fighting skills . And you are now ready to be a mentor."
Mapleleaf and Cloverpaw traditionally touch noses. The Clan is celebrating the new apprentice, Cloverpaw.

C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”___________________________ [Cloverpaw blinked. Willowstar had made him an apprentice! He wanted to bounce with glee, but maintained a steady gaze and stepped back with Mapleleaf. He dipped his head to his newly-assigned mentor.]
“Mapleleaf, what will you be teaching me first? I wouldn't mind anything, really. I'm just happy that I'm an apprentice now!”
[Cloverpaw purred. Behind his smile, though, lay guilt. Spadekit was still recovering from her horrible experience, and Dicekit was sure to be maliciously jealous of him now...]

[Breezekit hissed in anger.] "How can Cloverkit be an apprentice before me? I am eight moons old!" [She padded off to another corner of camp and sat there angrily.]

Her steady green gaze peered into Cloverpaw's excited green eyes and memories of her kithood came flooding back. She pushed them away.]
"Well, why don't we start by showing you the terrirory. We can do the borders tomorrow, but let's just let you have a look around our territory. Tell ya what, if you don't get into trouble, we'll hunt afterwards."
[Mapleleaf winked at her apprentice and signaled for him to follow her. Soon, on the open moors, taking in all the different scents.]

 D i c e k i t“Even after my mirror's been shattered, I still see the reflection.”___________________________[Dicekit smiled off at her brother, now an apprentice. She looked back at Spadekit, wondering when her sibling would become a warrior in training.] "Dear starclan, i probably could fall out a tree and my siblings wouldn't notice." [The tom looked at her.] "Oh, i doubt that. I'm positive they care the world for you. This is a hard time for all three of you, what with your mother and all." [Dicekit blinked, thankful the tom understood her.] "I'm glad you understand...Will you take a walk with me?" [the tom nodded, and the two padded silently out of camp, keeping close.]

No way that....thing could be." [Doveflight's head tipped.] "I wonder if Spadekit's pelt is still wet....and if she is breathing." [She got to her paws to go and check on her strange wonders, but owltalon struck forward, creating a barrier between her and the nursery.] "hmm, yes, you sure don't want a mother checking on her kit." [Doveflight sighed, turning and pacing back and forth.] "If Dicekit falls for that mangy foxdung, i'll....i'll skin their pelts and make sure that blasted tom never sees daylight with living eyes!" [her pelt fluffed out, her brown eyes wide in anger and her lips pulled back in a snarl.]
