yes, but much like Danzo, Tensaijin doesn't have the love of the people, He wouldn't last long if he had to face everyone in the village, not that I think that Tensaijn would think of doing so. I think that he'll be loyal to Luo, he just has a strange way of showing it

Well, he should log on more so he doesn't have to get so angry!
Tensaijin is an interesting character, he keeps Luo on his toes. It's good character development because Luo remembers catching a glimpse of him walking out of the Mizukage's office when he was younger, but other than that never saw the man's face, only heard crazy stories about him. But now that he's getting to know him, he's beginning to realize the man is somewhat full of himself and feels a sense of entitlement to do whatever he pleases. Buuuuuut I DEFINITELY like the character, Martin does a great job with him. His assistant is kinda mean though.
@Kurg: At first I thought you meant how long were you supposed to wait before GETTING a girl's number and I was like, "Umm....10 seconds, maybe more or less depending on the situation." I mean, 24 hours is pretty sufficient, but 48 is better.
