Desert threw his arms out as weapons of all shapes and sizes killed the police men before they could even think about pulling the trigger. "You bunch of fool." His weapons soon returned to his sleeves. He turned right around again and began to walk on. "I must find my way back to the others." More people soon stepped infront of him, all holding weapons, even the women and children. Desert sighed then spoke. "You know, unlike most people, I don't care about killing women and children." His aura soon began to gather as the skeleton demon returned and was rising above them. Then he noticed that none of them had the sense to see his killing intent. 'What a pity.'

Ayane had steered the ship into a port. When she began to descend from the ship a tax collector quickly ran up to her. "That will be 20 gold pieces for the ship and another 100 hundred for the crew." Ayane just smirked and picked up a barrel and crushed it in her hands. The man was now in fear. She just walked past him and patted his head. "Now to find Syori."

Syori woke up once again and she felt the world moving, she as still to sick and tired. She felt her energy draining the more she stayed awake. There were more voices in the area, as if tribes were gathering. Though she could not feel it through her own chills it was getting hotter and hotter. Out side of syori's box they were approaching a volcano.

Nina had been waiting to Loda in his room, the cat's eyes full of understanding, he was not a traitor, but that was no excuse, he made her fall for him now he ditched her. Nina hissed when she realized that the boy was being pathetic and stupid. The Cat almost seemed to call him trash. The black cat took off making sure Arc could not follow her either. Nina followed the scent of blood but lost the trail hissing and meowing sadly, yet she was not going back to that ship, and she was not about to let Syori return their either, not with a Captian who acted like that, not with a man who nina smelt the blood of children on, not with any one their. The two were better off alone, and if Nina had a choice she would make sure it stayed that way next time.

Nina found a bloody spot on the ground and curled up in it mewing softly. She could not find Syori, Nina had failed, her father had instructed Nina that If syori was to keep the stray that she had to become Syori's protector and friend. The Black Cat felt angery at her lost and blamed Loda she blamed Arc, and Desert, she blamed that crew, all of them. Pirates, navy, every one who sailed, the ocean was free it was where Syori was safe, but people were not safe. The Cat kept howling until a large black panther came over to her and growled.

Nina hissed as she felt her self moving then she turned around to see Loda holding her. The panther walked forward calmly moving to the pool of blood. The large black watched carefully with his eyes narrowed waiting. Nina watched as the Large cat just waited then stood up and started moving. It then sat down and waited looking at the people and the cat. It seemed to try to keep in the sun light and any time it moved in to the shadows it vanished. The panther was trying to lead them.

The large cat waited as nina dashed forward they seemed to look at each other, the panther only a large copy of the black cat. They started moving again through the woods. It was clear the panther was leading them but it would be hard to follow. the creature left no tracks and once in shad it was gone. Where it was leading them things were dead. there was also a large trail of foot prints. They were marching in order heading in the same direction. The Panther remained silent but stopped moving. It looked up at the volcano. These guys were a few days late, thank fully the ritual had to take place on the third day, of the third month at the third hour. The Panther picked up its pace.

Syori heard chanting and laughing. 'Pathetic girl you will die unless you let me take over, not that it matters to me either way.' The demon laughed. Syori struggled to wake up to pull her self from this fever dream. 'no' was all she had the energy to say. The demon laughed and vanished. Syori opened her eyes just a little, she felt her self strapped to a table, she felt her back burning. hands touched her and pulled at her. She had been stripped of her clothing and put in a simple looking top and bottom. Both showed more then it should. Including the new scars that had replaced her old ones.

Syori was struggling as best as she could but she was to weak from the fever for it to do any good. The chains rattled as she felt a blade slide along her skin cutting the flesh. There was chanting, she couldn't understand. How ever she felt something both familiar and scary, something that pulled to her and something that pulled her. She saw an image of Gold and silver an archer with her arrow pointed at syori's heart. She also saw a gold panther sitting next to her. "Are...you?" She muttered the panther and the Archer smiled and vanished.

The panther hissed and Nina shot him a nasty look. One that said if he didn't want to follow he didn't have to. The panther stopped and then took off alot faster then it was before. Nina did the same, something was happening and to those with amazing scents it would be clear that Syori's blood was growing thick in the air, she was being cut. A sharp scream cut through the silence, it belonged to Syori, the fact that she was screaming would say every thing.
