Also for elevated crunches (thanks Jerz I forgot what to call them) if you want to make it even more of a challenge try hold a weight to your chest while you do it, but don't go right into it because its extremely easy to pull a muscle that way.

IV's actually determine the maximum amount that a particular stat can reach. So they actually play a pretty big role in stat growth.

And IV's do affect stats..
Likes to run - more speed
Scatters things often - more HP
Proud of it's power - more attack
Often lost in thought - more special attack
ETC...

As for IVs they also determine what the type your Hidden Power attack is, they are all random and have a max of 31 which is possible to get on most of the stats. Just again..very hard.

O___O Oh god that image is burned into my aretnas (sp?) DX qho do we know pokemon dont breed differently XD chaos kissed to make babys I thought about the chao thing before...then I realized chaos dont have genders. Pokemon do. The only reason the games dont let you know how they breed us to protect childrens minds from wailord and skitty mating actions. Kind of like harvest moon, you purchase a "love potion" to inpregnate a cow...but the bull administers the potion, XD i think they had genders, only i dont think it mattered One last post before bed... Genders matter in Pokemon. G'night all! *Jumps in meh bed*

Arc, yeah that's always a problem. which is why I would recommend a small bench that you can lay your back on and have your feet rest on the ground.
