-X Duo Yiro X- Of course it didn't contain the jutsu, because the scroll Naruto stole wasn't forbidden, rather he couldn't use the technique till the rank of Jonin. Do you really think he would of even come close to a forbidden jutsu scroll? I find that rather humorous. They explain that it is a scroll of forbidden jutsu in the manga, and in the anime. I own the manga to prove it too, as well as the anime. Edits are in red.
Just to clarify, the kage bunshin technique is in fact a forbidden jutsu. They just never do anything about it. Shortly after naruto uses it, the kage, If memory serves, mentions that he learned a forbidden jutsu of that rank exceedingly fast.
Also, to make clones to the level naruto made them, it would take more chakra than any non-host could have within their body. Like Kakashi said, he didn't have enough chakra to preform it like naruto. His were simply shadow clones, they weren't flesh and blood.

A lot to catch up on in this discussion. Since most of the discussion is over I won't comment on that issue here, but some minor points which need attention. -X Duo Yiro X- If anything like this occurs, Kumo doesn't have the activity to join such a plot. No matter what rank you are, if you wish to join such a feat (Again, if it happens) you would need permission from your Kage. Basically your screwed unless your village gets active, therefore village is not considered a threat. The more activity a village has the more of a threat they pose for their enemies. Notice Konoha for instance, shady but active. Obviously a threat in the near future. The village is not inactive despite Tim's complaints. However it would be difficult for Kumo to be a major player in that particular scenario, from a power prospective. TvIaMsOqTuHeYz I'm thinking about having Laxus go rogue. After he sets the forest on fire. He'd need to get something to do it with though... I strongly recommend not doing that. Your Raikage is a tracker who is very unlikely to let another villager go rogue. I can almost guarantee a rogue genin would not get very far without some darn clever doings. Again I think calling us inactive is a stretch. The lack of recent RP was mostly due to my own unexpected absence.

It wouldn't be that hard. I don't think Sosay has even gotten online since you responded to her last post, much less posted a hiatus to explain her disappearance. But all in all, I think Laxus would be capable of escaping Kumogakure fairly easily. Just Earth style military movement about 37 times in rapid succession, he's already 37 miles away, well far enough to get well down the path to a different village. It would be taxing, but after, he'd just have to nap and then eat and he'd be recharged and capable of slipping further away, Laxus could at least get to another village before anyone caught up to him. But I probably won't, seeing as how in only 12 days I get my second rpc. =P It's going to be a Suna Sealing nin, hopefully He can get some pointers from Yasashii, although Hinote would probably not want that, much less me being a member of his village. I mainly say inactive because every time something happens, no one warns the rest of the village. Luo disappears every now and again, but that's because of his sickle cell. ( Glad I don't have it, my friend has it, and from his description, it is a living hell. ) But he still attempts to tell us, or if he can't, someone will check on him and find out. I'd just like some warning, so I don't get online and immediately check, thinking that people are going to be back any time now. That's all I really want. sweatdrop

Eh, Laxus has taken a back seat of sorts to my new character. I'm hoping to get my new character all set up to be everything I want him to be. Hopefully Laxus will at least be able to make it to the chunin exams whenever those are.
