I'm on Day 4 of having Pokémon White and not starting it. I don't get why you guys were all so anxious about getting it on release day.

Zephyrkitty I'm on Day 4 of having Pokémon White and not starting it. I don't get why you guys were all so anxious about getting it on release day. Well if you haven't started it, how do you know what you're missing? In all honesty though, I played it the day it came out, and the next couple days, but very casually. The fever took a bit to hit me. Once I got a good team going I was on fire. Now I can't stop.

Unless people picked up the Japanese release, getting it on Saturday doesn't change anything.

Hashire Kazemeijin Decavolty Hashire Kazemeijin I beat all the gyms with no troubles except for two.
Clay game me trouble with his damn Exadrill. Two Super Effective STABs against my star player Gigalith. Used a combo of Leech Seed + 3 Iron Defense to tank as I spammed Strength.
Iris also put up a fight, although that's more through virtue of her using Dragons. No Ice Beam until after the main story, and don't like any of the new Ice families this gen. (Actually, I like the snowflake one, but its stats are terrible.)
I have to say though, I REALLY liked the whole ordeal with N's castle, and the final showdown with him was awesome. A non-STAB Ice Fang screwed them up just fine, sir. Stoutland is such a bamf.
Your Ice Fang shall not harm my quadrupedal rock beast, my friend.I've got plenty of Steel to handle that.

Bryce was pretty easy, for an ice type gym leader. Kind of a let down, but eh. Mienshao was a bamf the whole gym. Mienfoo actually evolved battling the Gym trainers. o:
I've never liked fighting types before though.
Hate on Boldore though. I keep getting that Sturdy Ability to activate and it just wastes PP. >:C

Shiny Gligar Bryce was pretty easy, for an ice type gym leader. Kind of a let down, but eh. Mienshao was a bamf the whole gym. Mienfoo actually evolved battling the Gym trainers. o: I've never liked fighting types before though. Hate on Boldore though. I keep getting that Sturdy Ability to activate and it just wastes PP. >:C

I caught Roggenrola just to catch. Then it stayed on my team because it didn't suck. Anything I had that wasn't doing well I just replaced with something.
