I have a question, if you want to learn jutsu from your element even though your not ninjutsu class, thats okay right?

Depending on your class you can only learn a certain number of ninjutsu's before a certain level...

Well, not many Bloodlines keep you to a certain number of anything, only a few do. And with Med. Nin. You can only learn five ninjutsu's from your element. I'm not sure if its from each element or from both together... Either way til your of kage rank only five...
