Actually when my family had a pet chicken, they used to feed it chicken all the time.


Out of all the posts, I noticed this one the most so...

wtf. xD That is so wrong.


Oh yeah, and the food discussion. I had a rice thingy from the Oatmeal dude thingy, three cookies, and a mini crunch wrap and fries, plus one of those pizza things from the guys who sell the pizza pops.
EDIT: Not all at once mind you.

protip: I'm actually high risk for eating disorders. Unless I have food easily gotten, like for free or when I have money, or with a friend, I don't eat. :/ I'm actually forced to eat a lot of times.

A couple years ago, I woke up around seven for school, never had breakfast, never took a lunch, stopped working the cafeteria for free food, and ate only dinner. I didn't even eat a lot of it. I chewed straws the entire day so I wouldn't feel hungry.

Not sure how I felt about that. Fifty pounds in four months? Was kinda nice, I suppose.

I had he Volcano Box from Taco Bell for lunch today... holy ******** the one hexagonal shaped taco thing was literally full of hot sauce, jalapeno, habaneros and banana peppers... no meat I could taste.

Unhealthy and it all comes back when you start eating again. The fastest way to lose weight without exercising is actually to eat 5 to 6 small high-protein meals a day.

I always keep a tin of almonds or cashews on hand, and just have a handful whenever I remember. Breakfast should actually be the biggest meal of your day, because it gets your metabolism expecting to work harder. Also, if you vary your calorie intake, it's more effective than getting the same amount per day. For example I aim to average 1200 calories per day, so I do 1000 one day and 1400 the next.

Walking is good, but in the past I actually got a lot slimmer just by doing 200 situps before bed every night, with no other exercise at all. xd It's too bad I didn't have the discipline to keep it up, cause it was the easiest and most effective regime I'd ever done.

I actually used to get those pringles stick thingies. They're were pretty good and non-fattening.

xD For, me, it's just walking. I actually have a balance problem since my legs are mostly muscle while I can't say the same for above the hips. lul
