Zani yawned, looked up, and blinked. She could have sworn it was night a few minutes ago. Her stomach rumbled, and Varias jumped right off the rock in surprise. Zani laughed, rolling onto her back, and right off the other side. Varias came around with a smug look on her face. “Who’sss laughing now?” she asked as her own stomach rumbled. It felt like they hadn’t eaten in days. ((>.>…)) Zani got up, brushed off her dress, the one that didn’t have a back so she could keep her wings out, and said, “Lets go get something to eat, but lets be quick and use the teachers line. I still feel like I have to wait for something.” Varias quickly agreed with this idea, and they made their way to the cafeteria. Zani got in line, but Varias had to wait next to a table because she was too big to fit into the cramped space. Zani got the food and headed for the table, placing it down carefully. Varias sat on her haunches, grabbed her tray, and dug in with a modesty you would have found surprising for such a large creature. Zani smiled as she sat down and at her lunch.
((haha, that ok, i dont mind. my class seems to have this never-ending drag thing going on...))

Zanita suddenly froze, forgetting her meal. Standing up, she turned to Varias. "You have to remain here. When I get back, be prepared." was all she said before she snapped out her wings, startling the next table, and then beat her wings, going upwards and forwards, over the tables of students and other faculty. She burst through the open doorway that led outward, heading for the lake. “My only hope is that I reach them in time”, she thought as she flew across the sky, Changing into her second form on the way. It really hurt, and a few times she almost fell out of the sky, but finally, her wings were now longer, her teeth larger, and she just looked ready to take on anything. “Be shafe kish.” She whispered to the wind, which immediately tore it from her and devoured it, making it into unintelligible nonsense.

Feeling the pull of magic that only came form a summons, Zani dove into a clearing next to the lake. "Reika! Kigaku! Please tell me you did not summon a water based element next to THIS lake!?" she said, the anger in her voice making it clear past her canines. Looking down, she saw the frog, which smiled up at her, and could have screamed. "Why did you not consult the Summoning Teacher before you two gallivanted off to summon creatures you know nothing about? Just make sure the Great One does not-” The water made a groaning noise, and Zani slapped her hand to her forehead. “Too late!” she shouted over the horrid noise, turning around to face the ancient Lake Serpent that was arrowing up out of the middle of the lake, awakened by the summoning.

Kimu stared blankly at him and would have stayed sitting there if Lucky hadn't bit her hand lightly. The elf shook her head and backed up onto the second to last stair on the staircase. She watched Raphael curiously and tried to place her finger on where she had heard his voice before, she was worse at remembering voices than she was a remembering faces.
