Puppies make me go "awww."
I'm getting a Malamute sometime soon, my mom's adopting a two-year-old sledrunning dog from a family who's leaving. It's sad, the team of five is getting split up. They were kinda the community dogs, ya know? But they all have good homes, and the village isn't too big, so they'll see each other lots.
Someone here moving away is an awful big event. This is the sort of place where everyone knows everyone... and nobody comes or goes...
... ever...

Wow, in a way, that's sorta nice, you know? In a quaint way...
Malamutes!!! Waii! As puppies they're all round and furry, sooo cyoot. And they're such GOOD dogs, too, you know? 3nodding
Phwoo...where do you live then? Since you're saying village...I wonder if it's Alaska? Or maybe...not in the states at all. o.o

You're close. Well... By North-South terms, anywa. East-west, it's across the continent. O.o
I live in Qikiqtarjuaq ('big island'), near Auyuittuq ('land that never melts'), on the eastern shores of Nunavut. Most people call it Broughton Island, because Qikiqtarjuaq is too hard to pronounce.
It's pretty small--about 600 people, maybe. So, like I said, everyone knows everyone 'cause there's only a few names to remember. It's pretty cool in some ways (I'm the only female in my grade ^_^), but it sucks in others (No fast food, and lots of fish).
Oddly enough, there's a hotel nearby... People might come for the icebergs or mountains or wildlife, I guess.

I want to visit Nunavut. It sounds so cool!! Of course I don't like the cold so maybe that isn't the best idea...But I still want to come.

Whoa...I looked at the name and was all, "Is she joking? Looks like she went psycho on the keyboard." Lol~^^;
Whoa, how DO you pronounce that? I live in good ol' California, simple enough, neh~?

Yes, it's cold. Like I said, Auyuittuq means 'land that never melts'. You can ALWAYS find snow, if you look hard enough.
Qikiqtarjuaq -- "keek-eek-tar-wack". And that's not the only name there is to deal with. ^_^
What's California like? I've never been south of the border before.

I just drew a little avatar sketch of the head of my avatar....minus the flower and noisemaker of course.
Oh yeh I changed my hair again but I don't like it!!
Everyone needs to help me choose a hairstyle and colour. You can also tell me if I should change my eye colour.

Good idea Kiyora!!
Everyone can make an avatar simulation of me and the winner gets credited in my signature and I will use that avy.
Kiyora put whatever you want on the avy!! I want creativity which I am lacking right now.

Well, seeing as it's California, we're really liberal here. ^^; Like..yeah. Most of the people believe in gay rights, freedom of...everything, and all that, you know? We're also really warm here, like, the coldest we get is probably around 40-50 degrees. RARELY down to 40, actually. Our lowest is mostly 50.
I'm afraid that we're all really preppy here. It's the happy Mary Sunshine state. e.e; And everyone is happy Mary Sunshine's relation. Of course we have the goths and the depressed kids and whatnot, but most of us are:
*BOUNCE BOUNCE BOUNCE*
LIFE IS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD~!!!
*giggles*
