"Like a certain person?" Kira said as she looked at the mansion and then back at Erudemasa. "Like Draeken? He's the first person Would think of....." Kira said as she rubbed the long velvety sleeve of her dark green robe with her free hand.

"Of course, no telling whom you deem a problem is there?" She said with a slight smirk, her yellow eyes had a bit of a shine to them, as if the idea of confronting these even verbaly was like a game, a challange. She wondered if the woman on the water that had made the threat knew just what she was capable of. Once again, she had the feeling the boy was heads and shoulders above the other two at least when it came to knowldge, but she still wondered if he truely knew how deep her pools of strength and skill went.

Kira addressed Erudemasa again and said, "True though, I'm the only one that has sensed you right now, at least to the full extent of what you are. My companions probably sense something, but think it nothing but members of the black company. There are...subleties to signatures you powers give off, not everyone can translate those signatures. Alex can, but he can't remember that he can."

Kira puased for a minute and then said, this time with some actual concern, "You aren't here for Alex are you? I know that if the roots of his Tolari blood were awakened again he would become that beast again, but I stopped him 3 years ago, his demon has been trapped inside him." Kira's free hand played along the hilt of her blade, rubbing the silver/chrome guard with her thumb. "I know his clan's race brought a near apocalypse upon this world over 1000 years ago, but they disappeared. Alex is the last of them, and he is a good man, if you plan to harm him....." Kira trailed off, still rubbing the guard with her thumb.

"Well as fun as being 'detained' sounds, I think I'll have to decline," Kira said as she let her hand slip from Erudemasa's. "You see, I'm rather finiky about having other have power over me, a side effect of that whole gods owning a piece of m soul I would think. Nice talking to you though, at least your male companion. You could learn some manners from him."

Then Kira smile as her skin started to bead and melt, her body sagging befor it toppled over, a puddle of water, mud and sticks. That was why she had had no magic aura, not life force detectable, and bearly any magic in her. She hadn't been suppressing her power, for that body had none. This 'Kira' was mearly a dummy, an animated golem puppeted by the real Kira somewhere else, and undoubtably far away by now.

Tara jerked her head to indicate she was going and was gone in a blur, flying into the trees, landing on a branch, bent so her hands and feet were both on the branch, making her look like a sitting predator. The way she bent over pulled her black shirt and leather jacket up enough that her back mid-drift was visible, as well was a stripped tail that she seemed to have wrapped around her waist. She looked over her shoulder at Z, giving him a look that told him to follow. She also said, "I saw the way you were leering at me earlier kid and let me warn you: try anyhting cute and I don't care how bad of shape your in, I'll snap your leg of and beat you in the head with it." With that she turned around and started jumping and flipping from tree to tree, slower than Alex and Trevian had tough, to allow Z to actually follow her.

Kira appeared in a blur next to Alex and Trevian as they landed on another branch and joined them in the next leap. "I have information for everyone," she said as she started sending mental images to everyone of the rising suns of Erudemasa, Kyiana and Sundel as she also sent a mental message: "If you see these people, don't confront them, just leave. They are not to be fought by any of you, even you Alex."

Erudemasa grinned. "Why bother? She knows no more than we wanted her to. They'll get word of us and eventually it'll reach Draeken that we're out for him. If he's busy guarding himself, he won't look for an attack where we do plan it. I doubt he'll have time to ponder on the implications of our arrival either, as his home will soon be assaulted. Let her do our work for us. I have seen her do exactly what we desire. A droplet like that cannot divert our flow, only amplify it."

-_-; Then let's just hurry it up. I've got souls that need collecting, you know. *She followed Kyiana once again, hovering above the water* No more distractions.

*Taking note of what Erudemesa was doing, Kyiana shook her head as she continued towards the Mansion.*

Show off. That boy is nothing but a show off and a know it all. His creator is far too whimsical. But then again, Time has never been a perfectly planned and stationary thing.

~_~ So he's just going to stay out here then? Bah...either way.
*She shook her head aswell and followed* As I said, I just want to get this over with.

When one is created by the will of pure time, one typically is immune from paradox. After all, how can an individual be expected to travel through time if there can only be one of you at a given moment or if the timestream is fixed. That'd just be a hassle to get around. Erudemasa smiled to himself as he read, knowing full well what would happen when his compatriots reached the other shore. After all, he'd already lived through it.

Erudemasa stood on the shore opposite from a now-dying tree. Looking over the water, he saw two figures approaching him. After having taken a peek at the past and what had happened there, he laughed to himself at what reactions his presence would get. Under his barm, he held an exceedingly thick book and around his neck, the ever-changing scarf still was worn. If anyone could see the two Eridemasas present at this time, they would notice that the scarves and their shifting patterns were exactly the same from moment to moment, though neither had any discernable pattern.
