Keep in mind that ___ kara kimashita means, "I came from ___" so you'd really only use it if you were actually IN Japan talking to someone who was also in Japan...like in real life for example. I'd probably use "___ ni sunde imasu" meaning "I live in ___" or "Watashi wa ____ jin desu" meaning "I am an ____"

Like...Watashi wa Amerika jin desu means I'm an American.

Nagoya de umareta kedo firipin de sodatta.
名古屋で生まれたけどフィリピンで育った。
The second one I'm not sure of. Sorry =/

Lemme fix this up for you:

Konbanwa, boku wa Supekutaa de, Amerika kara desu. Onaka ga suita no de, shitsurei shimasu minna.

First off, I moved Boku to the beginning of the sentence so the listener knows that you're talking about yourself.

I also changed your name to how you would spell in in Japanese.

I changed Desu to De in order to make it a compound sentence. Desu must always be at the end of a sentence, and if you want to put two sentences together, you must change Desu to De.

Amerika kara kimashita doesn't mean that you're from America, it means that you CAME FROM America, implying that you came from America to Japan and that's where you're speaking with the person you're talking to. Amerika kara desu simply means that you're from America.

The correct way to say "I'm hungry" is Onaka ga suita.

The particle compound no de indicates that you are leaving because you are hungry.

Shitsurei shimasu is a much better way of saying goodbye in this context.

Almost perfect! The only mistake is that it should be Nihongo GA muzikashii. And since this is a sort of formal situation, I'd put a desu at the end of that, though the sentence is still correct.
