She let out a soft moan, but then winced when she got pressed against him. God this wasn't fair now, she wanted to do things but thanks to stitches she couldn't just yet. She pushed on his chest to get his attention. "Anything but sex Nik." She kissed him softly and was kind of disappointed but some touchy feely wasn't so bad.

That caught his attention a lot faster than even the feel of her hands on his chest. He had forgotten about her stitches, now he felt like a complete a*****e. Especially since he could sense that she wanted it too. If it weren't for Shilo being such a blessing, this whole situation would suck. "Kissing and touching are good enough for me, believe me." Dipping his head down to her neck he bit her lightly, taking his time with that spot.

She smiled and closed her eyes, her hand going up his back and into his hair gently, getting tangled in it. She kept her legs on the sides of his hips. Her free hand was wrapped around him and resting on his back, not sure if she wanted him closer or to stay where he was for the fact that she wanted some fun. "I love you Nik."

His teeth grazed her skin once more before he pulled away from her neck, looking down at her despite her fingers in his hair. The hand that had been stroking her skin lightly ran over her cheek, his eyes showing more than words could. But he still spoke. "I love you too, Moya."

The nuzzling made him smile, feeling her body relax finally. Well the was easier than he thought it would be. Laying back on the bed he pulled her with him, rubbing her back lightly. "Feel better now?"

Moya nodded and sighed. "I can't wait for these stitches to go away." She smiled a little and kissed him softly, placing a hand gently on his cheek.
A dark figure crawled through Shilo's window, sitting on the window seat and just watched her sleep. He didn't want to take her, he just wanted to watch for a little bit.

Nik smiled until his ears picked up a new sound, and it was not one he liked. Letting go of Moya he sat up, listening carefully to the monitor. Shilo's room was three doors down, he couldn't hear perfectly from there. The monitor gave him the sound of Shilo's breathing, her heartbeat....and another person's breathing. "Shilo." He got up and darted through the room, shooting into Shilo's and growling low in his throat when he saw the figure.

The figure looked up from the crib and held up his hands. He looked like a male figure of Moya, stronger and bigger yes, but still like Moya. "Easy, I just wanted to see her thats all. I heard that you and Moya had a baby and I just wanted to see, no harming or taking I swear."
Moya walked up behind Nik and looked at the figure before going completely still. "Conner, what are you doing here? I thought you finally sided with the parents when I got out."
"I did that so they would stop hurting me. Once I made them believe I gave in they stopped, started to treat me right. About a month ago dad disappeared and mom couldn't function anymore, couldn't continue with the work, so I left. I just wanted to see my niece, thats all what I wanted to do."

He was wound tight to attack when the man said Moya's name, no matter how much they looked alike. But when Moya addressed him Nik hesitated. He was still on a hair trigger, how could feel her still behind him. Now he was just annoyed, standing straight as he moved so Moya was still behind him. "Next of kin or no, I don't appreciate people sneaking into my house. Especially not through my daughter's window."

"I'm sorry, I just thought Moya wouldn't let me in, and if she didn't let me in you surely wouldn't, you'd attack me without a second glance. I can't have kids, been sterile for years. But knowing Moya can makes me feel better, and I just had to see her. I'm sorry." Conner stood up slowly, his hands still up as he looked back down at the crib. "She is beautiful Moya, I'm very happy for you."
Moya walked past Nik and grabbed Conner's arm. "Conner, I can't trust you around my family right now, but visiting now won't hurt. Maybe one day I can trust you again, but that will take me a while." She looked over at Nik and then down at Shilo, sighing. "Get out of my house and next time knock on the front door." She looked back up at Conner who towered over her over a foot and a half.

I'm putting locks on the windows tomorrow Nik thought as he stayed in the doorway. He saw Connor's reasoning, but if he went near him, he was probably going to bite him. Hard. "Well yeah, I would attack you. You would probably be as bad as your dad and shove me into a wall, drunk or sober." Now he trusted himself to move, going straight over to the crib and stroking Shilo's hand while avoiding waking her.
