He took a deep breath, "Just come home every few days so we know you're still alive and well." He couldn't believe what he was saying...his daughter cries and he's going against all good sense to make her happy again.

Zukon was still burning the grass as he punched the ground. His hooves were bloody and cracked, but he kept punching anyway, the physical pain hardly rivaling the emotional.

Lucky nodded and ran out of the house. "Come on, Zukon," she whispered. "Where are you?" It didn't take her long to catch sight of the smoke, thick and dark, "Oh, Zukon, please be alright..." she started running towards it and him, ignoring the twinge of pain from her injured hoof that should have been resting. She didn't have time to rest now!

"But why would you think-" she gasped when her eyes feel on his hooves. "You're hurt!" she cried rushing to him. She gently took his hooves in hers to check the damage for herself.

He winced when she touched them, pulling them back from her. "You didn't want to come with me...I thought that meant you didn't want me..."
