Alicia sighed lightly, and unsealed her pendant. Her mother's voice sounded distant. "Alicia? Is something wrong?" Alicia smiled at the pendant. "Mother, I'll need help with my Elvish..." her mother elapsed into condolences, saying how worried she was, and for her to be careful. After her mother mode was done, Alicia followed Joey.

Eden lies beyond this portal. . .TaKe aDvIcE fRoM oNe iMmOrTaL Gabe admired the path to his old home. the trees arched to make the path look like a tunnel. He remembered playing with his best friend, Eron, here a few times. Their laughter still seemed to ring out above the rustling of the leaves. The birds chirped in perfect harmony, but Gabe couldn't help but feel something was off.Maybe he was being too cautious...but he wasn't sure. "They know we're here." he said softly. Alicia glanced over at Gabriel. Her feet nearly stopped moving, although her pace slowed a great deal. Her facial expression went from emotionless to scared. Her heart pounded heavily, and her hands clenched into fists. "They... do?" she asked, her voice coming out as a thin whisper.

Eden lies beyond this portal. . .TaKe aDvIcE fRoM oNe iMmOrTaL Gabe nodded. His back suddenly stung. "Agh!" he grunted. the scars on his back stung. "Yup..." he said through his teeth. Suddenly Elves jumped from the speed, graceful and syncranized. "Prince Gabriel..." One of them hissed. "Morphaine." gabe grunted. He glanced at the five others. 4 men, one woman. Gabe could name them all off. Morphaine was the leader. His eyes hardened. "You're banished." He pointed out. "I know that."
"So what brings you back to these woods?" His eyes darted to Alicia and Joey. "Humans?" Give your soul to me for eternityRelease; your life take your place inside the fire with her….

Alicia stiffened. She curtsied, just as her mother taught her. She said nothing else, but made sure to keep her facial expression neutral. One thing about Elves... they could read Humans like a book.

He pulled Alicia close to him, and tugged Joey next to him. "And Louise is with you...interesting." Morphaine grinned. Gabe snaraled. "Leave them! You know I'm the one you want." Morphaine's grin widened. His whole group were wearing long moss green, hooded cloakes; they only nodded in aggrement. Their faces without expretion. "True." Gabe suddenly fell to the ground in agony. "Hmmm...seems your punishment came in handy, Gabriel, my liege." Morphaine chuckled again. Alicia's facial expression broke into concern. She knelt down beside Gabriel in alarm. "Gabe! Are you okay?!" she held him close to her. "Gabe! What's wrong!?"

Glancing up at the two leading the pack, she caught snatches of their conversation, were they getting married? Lovers perhaps. The little boy, she wasn't sure to whom he belonged to, but the woman, Louise seemed to be caring for him, though she couldn't see any familial resemblences between the two.
'They're not going to break the barrier?' Tavia thought with a frown. 'Then how are they going to get through?'
Following them still, Tavia realized that she was now in Elvin lands, the scenery was subtly different. A man had appeared and was talking to the one named Gabe and the girl named Alicia. She stayed as quiet and as obscure as she could as she watched the scene unfold.
