Just stay merged with my mind. I will be shedding my body to take on the healing light. I'm going to be looking for anything abnormal and this takes a lot of energy. She shed her body and went searching inside her for anything wrong. Upon entering the bloodstream, she noticed the tainted blood. She quickly reentered her body and opend her eyes. Oh no...

Valzar detected her fear and although he didn't fully understand what was happening, he knew nothing could be done to help her if they panicked. Alright, just calm down... Valzar took a deep breath for both of them and let it out slowly. How do we fix this?

She followed his lead and took a deep breath for herself. He was right. They had to be calm. The good news is it has already started to fix itself. My blood is pushing the tainted blood out. We need to remove the earth from my forehead so that I can expel it easier. Be careful not to touch me, though. If you touch it, you could be infected as well. And now for the bad news: To expel this and heal my insides, I am going to have to go hunting. I will need food to replace what I'm losing. She was still in pain as she swatted at her forehead to remove the soil. When she removed her hand from her forehead, it was dotted with blood. She both smiled and shuddered. Absently her mind reached for Valzar's.

Just stay calm... Valzar immediately removed the soil, Although you don't look like you're in any shape to go hunting...

Callista smiled and rolled her eyes at him. Regardless of what shape I am in, the fact remains that I need something to eat. I have to hunt. She tried to stand, pushing herself up with her two front hooves. She stood like that for a few seconds and then fell back down to the ground. Alright. That didn't go as planned... She tried again and made it all the way to her feet before falling down again. Third time is a charm, or so they say...

"Callista, stay," Valzar said firmly as he debated for a few moments what to do. Finally he spoke in a quiet voice, "Ok, I'd rather not make a habit of this, but what about my blood?"

Valzar nodded focusing on mentally and physically appearing more confident and certain of his decision than he actually was as he sat beside her.

Callista felt his unease and sent him waves of reassurance. She whispered calming things in his mind as her teeth pierced his skin. His blood danced down her throat, doing strange things to her body. She felt sexy as his blood flowed into her and sent an image to him of her kissing him again, this time with more passion behind it. The image shocked her and she remembered what she was doing, and to who. Callista took only what she really needed and pulled away, swirling her tounge over the pinpricks to heal them. Thank you

Valzar blinked a few times as she withdrew. He felt strangely excited...almost as if he'd enjoyed the experience, or at least the images that had flashed in his mind as Callista took his blood. Where did those come from?
