WoefulInfinity Am I the only one who likes the first one? The unmodified version, or the first of the jazzed up ones? I ended up entering in the normal version, because I couldn't decied if the changes I'd made to it were enhancing the image or just taking the focus away from the drawing itself >.<

Tenica Zephy: You can't do stuff that detailed my arse, woman! *points at the one of Yoki you did for her on teh wall* Mine are hardly as detailed as yours! @,@ <3 I love how clean yours are. Atm mine looks pretty messy =P i never made a pic as detailled as the one i made for you. feel special xd this one is unique! i know i should, but i think i prefer "cellshaded" style for watercolor...

the art nouveau was a special one because it was first for me 3nodding
and someone offered me a lot of money to have the original and i sold it.
the art nouveau was horribly long to do blaugh

I can imagine, Zephy <3 Watercolors and inks actually go pretty damn fast for me xD I prefer them over acrylics and such.
*works away on completing the painting* ..think I might need to bring a little bit of blue in here...move it from the triadic color scheme for a bit of contrast.

tenn: yeah i got a good 100 sheets of hot press paper a couple of days ago from handy d**k blick, that's what i'm using for gaian stuff
it's just a lot easier to handle and the colors mix better once they're already applied
gold ink on the 2nd piece , oo lala - the bottom part of the dress looks really good, the folds
Lots of paper = luff <3333 I only have 20 or so. If I didn't have several pieces to finish by noon Friday I'd definitely consider working up a new design to paint, a more complicated one >3>; That piece is so simple... I don't think I've used the d**k Blick. I'm using Arches atm and Grumbaucher's for my watercolors. X3 Luff on the watercolors themselves, good quality and a tiny tube doesn't even have a full dent at the front in over 2 years of use XDDDD I'm such a stinge. Oro? Thank you <3 I'm not quite done with those yet.
