Meriko For now, I prefer to stay under the radar and not point out this item or that and say "I made this one, but Juno made that one," and yadda yadda. I think it's better when the userbase can give feedback on an item or set without getting caught up in who actually made it. ^^ I think this particular userbase is more concerned with "OMG MERI MADE GAIA ITEMS WE LOVE MERI" than worrying about which items are "better" than another (which is a silly assumption, as all items are amazing). X3 hee.

caranfirithwen Happy Halloween...well I just got back from my doctor's appointment...and I don't have good news. The spot in my brain didn't go away, so it wasn't from the accident. They can't rule it out as being a tumor but it's in such a bad place that just doing a biopsy could kill me or do other damage....so we're just going to wait and see if it changes. It hasn't changed in the last two months so I have another scan in 4 months...so hopefully it still won't have changed.

I thought of Meri too when I saw the bridal gown! It looks just like the stuff she sells.
Sigh, if only I could be a dev too... I'm just on the wrong side of the country.

o_O; *snuggles Eve* I hope you have many optimistic days where you're able to hope for the best rather than worry about the worst. What is, is, and I pray that whatever the outcome, you spend your time happy rather than otherwise.

Just so everyone knows, Caran is my best friend in real life from second grade.
*gets attacked with a lot of hugs* @.@
Well, we're hoping that she just has a funny brain. If nothing changes in four months, they'll push it to 6 months, then 8 months, then a year until they say she has a very weird brain. See, I always knew she was strange. *puts up a front*
I'm spending the usual amount of time with her. Nothing has really changed. I just randomly burst into tears for no reason even when I'm not thinking about it. Church doesn't help since there are so many people who talk out loud about what's going on in their lives, how bad it is, blah blah; and I'm just not sure what is wrong with her. But it'll get better with each MRI they run and soon it'll just be the norm, I guess.
She was more freaked out that it didn't go away. When she had called me at 9am on Halloween, I could tell she was trying her best not to cry. But we're acting like it's nothing and nothing has changed.
October just has not been my month. xP Maybe I should do a cleansing ritual or something to make the bad things go away? I hadn't even mentioned that my dad had no work for three weeks. @.@ I'm seriously wondering how last month, and this month, could get worse.
Man, I typed alot.

eve, i'm sorry to hear about your best friend. it's not easy to be seriously ill, but she is lucky that she has wonderful friends like you who think about her and are concerned about her.
for what it's worth, sometimes people will appreciate it if you talk to them about their sickness/condition. so if caran needs to vent and if you are willing to listen to her, she may appreciate it.
i hope that things will look up for you soon.
