::M4X's hand lifted ever so slightly he dissected Ruuvans attack.
Its said nothing escapes a black hole, not even light, not even time. It would take a few seconds for a black dot to appear in the palm of the androids hand, and then for the black dot to begin glowing a brilliant white as it expanded to match the size and shape of Ruuvans ball.
Shiiiiiiink.
Ruuvan would hear as his blade pieced M4X's chest, right where the heart should be and slid all the way through and out betwix a c***k in his back armor.
Immediately the android brought its free arm up, and death gripped the blade will immediately using his opposite land to launch the Light Ball, point blanc, toward Ruuvans face.::

Well there was no escaping this one; his blade was now embedded in the android's chest, held in place by one hand and the other was using his own power against him. Well at least it didn't have pebbles and other annoying shrapnel-like objects inside that would tear part of his face of, it would just hurt like a mother and most likely burn his skin.
Eyes closed and holding onto the chest sword as the ball impacted, Ruu was thrown back a fair distance and the sword was torn from his grip. He still retained one blade and managed to roll backwards to a standing position once he hit the ground, searing pain shooting through his face as he opened both eyes to stare down his opponent again; adrenaline was pumping to dull the pain and bring focus, the want to find Maximos growing inside his soul causing him to further fight the pain and through to the answers. Since this being could create these condensed gravitation balls, not to mention steal the lingering presence of Ruu's arcana, he took a moment to conjure up a portion of energy and keep it in reserve for immediate use. As far as attacking went, he waited in a lowered stance and the sword ready for Mr. Android to approach... where did D go, anyway?

Cold.
It was goddamned cold.
Moving endlessly amid a sea of white, he stood out as a blob of black, covered from head to toe, and stained with bits and fluffls of white. There wasn't that much snow to be honest.
Most of it was just rock hard ice. The rest came in the form of a biting wind that stung his exposed cheeks. Certains parts of his body remained warm constantly.. like his feet and his right hand specifically, and the blade on his back was pretty much keeping him comfortable as well.
But the goggles... they did nothing.
He had to wipe the lens clear every few minutes, even as he continued trudging onward, with nothing to guide him but an enigmatic pull-- a gentle tug on his soul if you will.
But more so on the items he had with him. As if something were trying to draw them in subtly, like metal to a magnet.
How long has it been... since I last saw this place?
Kyonuske clan.... my 'family'. I wonder how their doing...

::M4X had not absorbed Ruuvans defense, the light where it should have been. He replicated it, borrowing the process and creating his own.::
Light Ball learned.
::He said flatly as Ruuvans body flew backwards, just as the elf was about to flip and land with utmost balance and grace, something shifted. He would feel it in his gut first, and his inner ear second. It was the feeling of a shift, no longer did the floor seem like the floor, for a moment, the ground felt more like M4X. And this snowy scape he was about to land his feet on, would feel more akin to landing on a flat vertical wall. This was hinted at, as the snow fell sideways as opposed to the normal "down".
Gravity inside a localized gravitational field had been shifted.
The aim of this was to pull Ruuvan back to M4X. This would of course be before he could reach the ground, or reach in range of it. But incase it wasnt enough, the droid was nothing if not efficient. Ignoring the gravitational field, M4X would break into a full charge aiming to grap Ruuvan's right foot, the moment it came reach. And to use the elf quite basically, like a bat, to smack the actual ground with.
All the while, D had just finished placing the lovely and perfectly proportionate head atop his snowman. There was a nice round bottom, a slightly smaller middle, and an evenly smaller head. The child was now ready for a more important task. A fight!
A fight to find the roundest and blackest stones, through the impossible amounts of snow in order make the bestest possible, mouth and eyes!::

Ground! Ruuvan's one ally in this fight... wait, what? A second before he landed and was able to regain himself from the Light Ball to the face his world was quite literally rocked, back becoming up and down becoming lateral... what?
Whatever was happening, regardless of the orientation the world was in, Ruu was now falling back towards the Android which seemed to be running up the wall, which was actually the floor. Not one to allow his legs to be grabbed, and given he had flipped in the air to get to an angle where he would skid backwards, thus meaning his feet were now above him in this downwards plummet and the sword was leading his descent. With gravity now working in his favour, until the Android decided to change it again, Ruuvan was hold the blade straight down to impale his attacker directly through the centre of its chest.

::And it would have worked too, Ruuvans blade would have cut 3 power cell coolant cables causing the power cell to beging quickly overheating and forcing the android to shut down. The emergency shut down being triggered exactly 8.69 seconds after the cut, and 1.31 seconds before the quantum singularity in M4X's chest expanded and devoured the planet.
Only, Ruu found his sword dinging what felt like stone. What he would see was that a bright light had enshrouded M4X very quickly. This was interesting as this looked almost identical the light shield that Ruuvan had used not but a second ago. In effect it was, the light was compressed and hardened, and forged around him after being very expediently summoned.::
Light Shield learned.
::The Android was flatly say as Ruuvan dinged off him and suddenly found himself in an upwards draft. It was less of something carrying him upwards and more as if the word had just been given a quick turn, and up was now down! Ruuvan would find himself floating, upwards, just as quickly as he might be falling!::

If this was a slower paced situation which gave everyone a chance to see what was happening, Ruuvan would've sighed and immediately returned to the drawing board to plan another attack. However, as it stood, he was now falling down again, up from his previous descent path and going back the other way; motion sickness was nothing something he suffered, but annoyance at gravity control was.
Still, remaining as calm and composed as someone could in his situation and seeing as there was no possible chance of breaking through that shield now he was going the other way, Ruuvan quickly crouched in midair and thrust the sword strongly into the ground, that would be taking the place of a vertical wall during this whole thing, and held on as he planted his feet on the flat, Decker metal being strong enough to support his weight and provide a stable base at the same time, it carved a line in the snow wall/floor a few feet down until he came to a stop. With some platform now under his feet, Ruu quickly drew the bow, notched two arrows and pulled the string back to a level he could only really reach with such an adrenaline rush and whole battle situation.
Releasing the string, the android would see two small objects zooming towards him extremely quickly, one travelling faster than the other and soon exploding into a shockwave that would normally have forced anything it touched back a fair distance, namely into walls and other hand objects. However in this case, Ruu meant for it to be the first attack that would be stopped by whatever defence the Android would use, the second one was his intended hit; erupting into numerous arrows as it neared the target which would pepper anything in its path. Why have a squad of archers give a barrage when this arrow did it on its own?

::The androids eyes locked onto the arrows. One would think that this meant he was going to counter or defend against them but...he had never seen an arrow in his 1 year, 8 month, 21 hour, 3 minute, and 58 second...life.
He didnt know what to do. But when the sound of a thunderclap rippled across the area, and the android found his shield shattered like cheap glass and his body hurdled at least 300ft straight back...he immediately learned arrows were bad.
The shot was precise, the sort of godly precision only a true master archer can attain in the heat of battle. The first arrow struck him dead in the center of the chest and he found himself spiraling and twisting and turning in mid air like a rag doll, slave to the force of the shockwave.
After flying about 306ft back, anyone watching would see the shockwave expand out from M4X as the snow gently falling around him was suddenly scattered, and he was left levitating in mid air about 60ft off the ground. He stabilized himself, precisely in time for the second arrow to strike him directly in the forehead, followed by hundreds more. For the seconds the barrage assaulted the mechanized warrior, it sounded a bit like rain falling on a tin can. The sound of countless drops smacking into and against metal. Shreds of cloth, and blue could be seen soaring out of the mess before the droid was finally seen spiralling down and landing the snow with a "poof".
D however looked furious...that shockwave killed the snow angel he made.::

With the snow obscuring most of his view, even with the all powerful Elemengal eye it was hard to make out, but as his centre of gravity slowly came back and he slid down the blade onto the ground he figured the worst was over. With the fading sound of rain hitting metal, or arrows piercing the Android as it were, Ruu placed the bow onto his back and took one of his swords from the ground.
Starting off in the direction which he fired the arrow, Ruuvan wasn't sure what he'd find or whether he had actually won, but he did want to make sure D was ok and that his second Decker sword was somewhere near the tower. "D, where are you?" Approaching the familiar doors of the tower, Ruu's first port of call was to find his little friend, the sword and then get into the tower.

::In the rush of snow, the body had already been buried. Ruu wouldnt even know he had reached his target until his shoes made the tell tale sound of boot to metal. He was quite literally standing on his vanquished foe.
D, was about 100ft to the right, burried up to his waist, digging for rocks.::

Looking down as his boots made contact with the android, he was surprised to see the arrows had disappeared, they were magic after all, and his sword had remained perfectly embedded in its chest. Reaching for it and sliding it from his foe, he took a moment to relive the fight in his mind and analyse it more than he could at the time; this thing had control of gravity, read his moves, used them against him and was defeated by an arrow. he figured something so obviously hi-tech had never seen something so primitive, but what can you do?
With D too occupied in look for something to listen to what he said, Ruuvan moved back to the door and slammed his fist against it three times as before. "Alright, sorry for lying... I just want some answers!" Was the woman still there, had she seen the fight unfold, did the Doctor take a moment to come and watch? It didn't matter, Ruu just wanted to find Maximos.

Ruuvan Looking down as his boots made contact with the android, he was surprised to see the arrows had disappeared, they were magic after all, and his sword had remained perfectly embedded in its chest. Reaching for it and sliding it from his foe-- ::The metal of Ruu's sword passed directly by a very small transistor, the transistor shocked a bolt of electricity to the power core using the sword and the wet snow that was let in when the sword was moved as a conduit and... Ruuvan would almost immediately find himself re-aquainted with the feeling of falling in a direction that was not the ground. This time, he was falling directly upwards. Upwards toward the towers roof, though much slower. As he flew he'd see the snow shake and part as the droid stood up. Its clothes torn and tattered and drenched in an icky blue substance which soaked the snowy ground around him like a puddle. His flesh as little more than torn shreds of prosthesis, some bits scatttered about, some still barely attached. The mechanics which made him were exposed for all to see. His metal skeleton highly visible as he lurched out of the snow. His back bent over like a caveman before he finally stood upright.::

Sword retrieved, course plotted for the tower and... no, not for Ruuvan.
Since he was now floating towards the roof of the tower, whether or not this gravity flux would allow him to reach the top was another thing altogether, but he allowed his express route to continue as he looked down and saw the Android rising to its feet again. As far as preparation for an attack went, Ruu was content to wait until he was brought to the roof, or the Android made a move for him, until such plans were formed; a respite as it were.

::No no, falling up into oblivion was not Ruu's destiny at all.
Ruu would reach about 100ft up before the Android had managed to stand fully erect. It would extend its metallic right arm straight up, and open its fist.
You could literally see the graviton energy flowing through his arm, through the viens hidden beneath the skin.
Ruu might even notice that the snow directly around him was beginning to slow, and stop, just as he was...the ground around the android seemed to be sinking as if the snow was suddenly being compressed, and then the words escaped M4X's lips.::
2x.
:: 2x, otherwise known as three times, as in 2 times earths gravitational pull. Ruuvan wieghted roughly 200lbs. Times three, it meant that he was now being sent crashing down to Gaia from 100ft up, at a wieght of 400lbs. This did not include his velocity, and the fact that the snow, would be compresed flatting leaving him to be firmly introduced to very solid ground.::
---
::In the white abyss, walked the single traveler. The only man, man enough to brave the coming night with nothing but his body and a frail coat. There was barely any warm to begin with, but the true definition of cold came when the sun fell. What little warmth it gave was stripped away, and the white turned to black.
Vahn had to be almost at the Kyonuske base. The silohette of the structure was in view, its outline cast by the setting sun. But something was off.
Directly in front of the base, sat a man. The man wore a black hood, and sat in front of a very warm campire. Odd because there was no wood, odder still because it had to gaurd against the wind. But it was extremely warm!
He looked him, his face shrouded in the black hood, and waved for Vahn to come over to the fire.::

Having sheathed his swords, since the bow would most likely be the better weapon in mid-air, he started to wonder how much further it was to the top. It was getting cold, even though the continuing supply of adrenaline and general Elven thermoregulatory systems stopped it affecting him that much, but he figured that any higher and it would definitely start taking its toll. It was a big tower, a good few hundred feet at least, but it all went out the window as the gravity shifted once again and sent Ruuvan hurtling towards the ground yet again. Judging by the Android's arm outstretched and pointing towards him, not to mention the crater that seemed to form beneath him, he was obviously affected gravity quite strongly... two times in fact, since his Elven ears could pick out his monotonic voice.
Faced with a hundred foot drop down into the arms of his opponent, there was little he could do but down the Android again and stop himself impacting the ground. Reaching back and grabbing three arrows from his quiver, notching them like he had practiced many times before, Ruu drew the string back and let the three projectiles hurtle towards the crater. As before, all three travelled at slightly different speeds to give an array of magical effects one after the other; the first erupted in light two feet above the Android's hand, a shell of light cascading down and enveloping him and hopefully containing the gravitational effect too, if it didn't he still had the other two to go.
The second arrow utilised the light shield, impacting the shiny surface and erupting at a 45 degree angle in a prettiful green fountain that would launch Ruu out of the cylindrical gravity well and onto the soft snow about eighty feet from the Android. As well as the fountain, the arrow would serve to remove the light shield in preparation for the final arrow.
With the Android hopefully left open from the first two strikes, both of which served to move Ruu out of harm's way, the third arrow served as the actual attack. Landing rather plainly in the ground besides M4X, it didn't do anything for a few moments much to Ruuvan's surprise. After a few seconds it started to shake violently, disappearing into the ground gradually to leave a hole in the snow with a red light coming through. In a glorious eruption of fire and general doom which could only be described an inferno, whatever was stood within a ten foot diameter around the impact zone would be incinerated, thrown upwards, blown up, burnt... everything associated with an inferno really.
