Lina stayed still, looking calm when she was just as jumpy as Remus at the moment. It took much of her will for her not to throw her daggers at Troden when he made his entrance, "That is none of your concern Troden." she replied quietly, "Was that all?"

Lina immediately knew it was time to go when Troden caught on to that. He was too smart not to peice thing together, "Troden, this is not the time for your foolishness. Let us pass." she said, standing up, unfolding her arms and tightening her grip on the daggers hidden in her long sleeves.

Remus enforced Lina's meaning as a menacing growl escaped his throat. Troden's very scent made him uneasy and he was eager to be rid of it.

The very pupils in his eyes twinkled with wickedness as he listened to Rikku foolishly tell him all the information he needed to cause considerable damamge to her life, "Ah yes, I remember well. We were allies then." he said bowing slightly, "Shall we be allies now?" the growling only made him more amused. Anyone who was near could feel the tension as they walked by and quickly got away from it.

"Allies, are you serious Troden? as far as i remember, the very last time we met you tried to throw a dagger into my back. i barely got away and thats when i ran into the forest, and after the Bastets found me. No i could never be your ally Troden even if you think we were back then, I was a fighter for hire but if you had remembered this you would never have made the mistake of thinking i was one. You had alot of money and weapons to pay me with which is the only reason i ever helped you. Troden im sorry to say but who would want to ever be your ally.

Lina felt her fangs growing as she went beside Rikku, her eyes becoming like ice once again, "Troden, I know Lotan will be most happy to eat alive right now for your treachery. If you do not let us pass, then I shall tell him where you are." she said, not an inch of the lie coming from her voice, or her body.

Something in Troden's eyes wavered as he listened to Lina's threat. Oh, he had a book like her's, but he never truly understood what all of it meant. And the moon was already tinged with red..., "Why should I believe you brought him back?" he asked, speaking slowly as he straightened, looking at Remus and then Lina, "Wouldn't you be by his side if he was here?"

Her laughter was light, as if his question was actually meant as a joke, "Lotan has been sleeping for thousands of years...would you stand in the way of his hunger?" Lina prided herself on speaking the truth, but when it was needed, like now, measures had to be taken. Atleast it wasn't all fiction.

Remus gave no indication of the lie either. His voice was as stonelike as Lina's. "I suggest you leave... immeadiately..."
