Hey! Welcome.
Actually, yes statistics is quite boring. And my 'prof' (not really a prof, just some random smart statistics student guy rolleyes ) really sucked at teaching this time around.
And I technically didn't do any grade 7-10 mathematics... so it's hard for me to be at the same level as everyone else when I don't have the same basic background.

I know what you mean, my last prof could hardly speak English. :/ But you'll get it next time!
Do they offer help labs where you are going? U of M has them and they can be really helpful! They got me through Organic Chemistry. -shudder- I hate Chemistry.

Awesome, we go to the same University! Though I'm not too impressed with them lately. Between Aurora messing up, fewer classes being offered this year, still no parking passes available and jacking up the price of the toonie lot to $4 they are just not student friendly. Grr. >.<

Hey, at least at the U of M you guys can pick your courses online. I go to the U of W and every year, everyone has to wait 4 hours in a line to then go sit at a booth to pick your courses. By the time you can actually sign up, everything is filled or you get stuck with the course that's at 8:00 pm. Personally being a female I would never want to be stuck downtown past 4 in the afternoon.

Yeah, but sometimes that's the way to go.
I know I got stressed out a few times when all the classes I wanted were full.
My first year my schedule sucked - had some classes first thing in the morning and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I also had evening classes. @.@
And I liked the old way of signing up for classes - before Aurora. Aurora just plain old sucks, and last year when they first put it into practise there were times that they took it down for like a week at a time. XP
I usually take the bus, which is more cost effective than driving my car through rush hour to park at any lot. Even when it was the toonie lot it still cost $40 a month if you drove every day.

Elbit Hey, new here and just going to jump into the conversation. =P Aw, that sucks. -hug- The problem is that statistics is a REALLY boring course. I dropped it the first time, now I'm taking it as a summer course. -_- a lone dream chaser - I'm going to Ai-Kon! Only few weeks left! w00t! I know you are, was asking the other people around here. Also I see you found this guild. xd

I saw the funniest thing ever today.
first there was this old man walking down St.Marys and i though to myself gosh that old man looks miserable he should get himself an old lady to make himself happier. then i wen into 7-11 and got myself a slurpee. when i came out of 7-11 i saw a old lady chasing the old man screaming at him (Something like Get Back Here!You Piece Of *&%^ & *^ & *^& *^ ***) wel it wasnt really chasing cause they were both using walkers going maybee i block a hour kinda speeds it looked so funny i started laughing then slurpee came out of my nose and i spilt my slurpee on the ground right outside 7-11
so i went back in a bought another slurpee

You gotta love the heat wave we are having. At my work we don't even have air conditioning and the only way to cool off is jumping into a pool. It is great at times, but not when you have green stuff growing in the water from all of the heat.
Anyways how is everyone's summer going up to now? Have any of you gone to the beach? Also the best place for slurpies is at the 7-11 by the mall in st-vital.

WOW Airconditioners rule i just bought one today and my place has never been cooler Theres Only one downside though (My house has become the local hangout for all of my friends and my place is tiny ) well who cares anyways what are friends for if there not for making your life filled with ummmmmmmm ill figure out a word on that later
