I Wyntre IceBlade, am co-owning ??? with erisam

The rules for the agreement follow below:

General/RP rights
-We both have rights to put ??? in our signatures and teepee.
-I have main RP rights -- big decisions
-erisam will have OOC RP rights and in thread RP rights

Mating
If ??? ever life mates erisam and I will talk about it first.

Breeding
1st breeding:
In the first breeding, erisam gets to keep one of the baskets. In the case of three baskets erisam and the owner of the mare/stallion will get to decide what to do with the third basket.

2nd breeding:
The second breeding, I get a basket. In the case of three baskets me and the owner of the mare/stallion will get to decide what to do with the third basket.

3rd breeding:
The third breeding the basket will go to a mutual party that erisam and I have already agreed on. In the case of three baskets the three of us will make the decision.

Erisam fully agrees.

3rd breeding:
The third breeding the basket will go me and I will decide what to do with said basket.

The breeding basket order will be as follows

Erisam gets the first basket full rights to do whatever she would like with them.

Then breeding baskets from two and three will be up to me on what needs/wants to be done with them.

Erisam fully agrees again.

Summer Rain 07 is no longer Rowtag co-owner. I take back full right on rp and breeding. It's her decision.

I take back Adsila rp right for the moment too because i don't hear about panda_xx for long. If she come back i will co-own rp right with her.

I co-own rp right on Princess Serenity with PrincessSerenity15 because i actually want to rp her a little too. So we both have rp right.

I have rp right on Jack Sparrow because Chemicalstar never confirm the agreement and actually leave gaia. The question was already solved with Sirenz ^^.

General
-Both, I and spookyx7 will have sig rights to the basket/foal/adult.
-Spookyx7 gets full mate decisions.
-Any breeding plans [besides lifemating] must be discussed between the both of us.

Roleplay Rights
Spookyx7 gets both full, OOC and IC RP rights, while I have some OOC rights if I see fit.

Breeding rights
-1st breeding: If two baskets occur, spookyx7 will get one basket while the other if for the other Soquili's owner to decide with. If three baskets occur, then I shall get the extra to decide what to do with.
-Same to apply with the 2nd and 3rd breeding.
-Elder breeding: What is done with the baskets shall be discussed with all members of the breeding.

I, spookyx7, agree with all the above terms.

Both spookyx7 and I get Full IC RP rights to Riley from now on
Lifemate decision has to be discussed with the both of us.

I, Amirynth, give co-ownership of Mairéad to Nio Love. She has sig-rights and RP privileges. Nio can claim one of Mai's three breedings. Breeding will work like Open permission where we do not have to ask each other's permission to enter Mairéad into a breeding raffle. Whoever enters Mairéad into the raffle will be the one receiving the baskets from that raffle if they win and will count towards their allotment for the month.

If Nio wishes to do an official RP she can let me know so I can place it in my teepee for records purposes.

She has OOC RP rights, signature-rights and also the rights to place Fenrir Prime in her teepee. While I have the above as well as IC RP rights.

In the event of a breeding, first basket will go to ELF, and in the event of a third basket, the owner(s) of the mother and I will discuss what to do with it.
In the event of another breeding, ELF and I will both co-own one basket.
In the event of a third breeding, I will receive one basket.
