I take off my collar and begin to place it on the table. However, I can't help but feel there may be some kind of test involved, maybe something like not being to trusting with your soul gem to someone else? I wrap it arround my palm, as not to tip off Jasmine to my theory but still keep the gem away, and try to use my newly gained power to scan Jasmine's mind for any signs of such an idea. It's not that I didn't trust Jasmine, but considering illusion magic is a very real thing, there's no way to tell if this was a "what if" scenerio of someone infiltrating the compound disguised as her.
