Myzari xXJustified_DeathXx Anyone else find it amazingly ANNOYING that according to standard Pokemon game rules, Umbreon CAN'T learn Crunch? I find it very annoying, but considering the size of umbreons jaws to other like that can learn crunch we can assume that it just lacks the physiology to produce a bite force strong enough for crunch, but a critical bite is well within its power. Well in Colosseum it can use Crunch fine, so that's where I'm confused, and since my character's based on Colosseum, I'm sticking with it.

Yeah, I would think that Umbreon could use Crunch after Colosseum, unless one would be able to trade Wes' Pokemon through the generations. I.E. from Colosseum to R/S/E then to D/P/Pt, then B/W or B2/W2... might even be possible with the right stuff.

In any case, I think it would be stupid for a Dark type Pokemon not to learn a simple Dark type move, so my Umbreon will definitely have Crunch in due time.

Yes thats true. I find it extremely annoying that tauros can't learn stomp in the newer gens yet it was available as one of the starting moves in the first two gens. What bull cant stomp?

A bull with no hooves and/or legs?? It's either that or my 100% bull-meat hamburger. -shrugs- I joke, I joke! xd But seriously, what bull can't Stomp? Then what canine can't Crunch or Bite?

Best I can tell, Pearl and I (Wes) are on Route 103, and everyone else is either on 101 or Oldale Town. That's almost right, Pearl and Wes are on Route 102. Ruby, Sapphire, Cheren, Michael, and Lunick are all back at Route 101, as is Green. Platinum, Crystal, Gold, Silver, Red, and Black are in Oldale. Not sure what happened to Yellow or Wally. Everyone has mostly been chatting with one another, having fun, or training their Pokemon.

Which is why there needs to be a much needed Silver post from the Captain. Crystal, Platinum, and Silver are the only ones still inside the Pokemart. Gold's still sitting outside the sign looking at the map, and Black+Red will be heading off to Route 102 tomorrow afternoon or so(Red's gonna help Black out with training during Black's hunt for a Ralts.)
