C.J. chuckled a little bit as he had his arm around her. "That's alright . . . kinda fun day though . . . kinda like being in a movie." he said with a shy grin. Well, maybe one of those action-packed Burt Reynolds movies where there's a wild car chase that takes up most of it, Burt gets the girl . . . and a few other things . . . only thing that was truly missing was the big black Trans-am.
"Damn it feels good to be The Bandit."
"Oh don't worry, shug'. I ain't goin' nowhere." he said with a smile.

C.J. smiled and held her close to him, but mindful of the kiddies. "You and me both, darlin'." he said, feeling that rocking movement of the hammock lull 'em to sleep.

Misty smiled and closed her eyes. Using staying awake just long enough to create a quick little silk sheet from her webbing to cover the two of them up. And then...it was time for a good nights rest. Or as much of one as she could get.

C.J. smiled as he held her and faded into sleep. Sliding down into the spirals of his dreams . . .
"Aaaand we should fast-forward this until daw- wait, is Delores still outside?!"

Not realizing the error of accidentally leaving the Elephant car open led to another situation, but not as bad as a villain realizing where they were, but still enough to give C.J. one HELL of a shock.
Delores snuck out of the car and ambled back to the rear of the train, towards the caboose, which with the rolling fog of Gotham coming in early that morning, looked an awful lot like a Bayou Shack on rai-
"GET TO THE POINT!"
Okay okay! SHEESH! Anyhow Delores came to the car and stuck her trunk into a conveniently open window and her trunk knocked into an amplifier the guys had, turning it on . . . still plugged into C.J.'s Danelectro!
The humming feedback got C.J. up bolt upright. s**t! he cursed in his head, hustling to look around for the source of the s- oh. He turned off the amp and realized the error.
"Daggone it, Delores! Ya scared the s**t outta me!" he cursed softly, throwing on sweatpants and a T-shirt. This was gonna be a LOVELY start to three AM!

Misty had also sat bolt upright when unexpected little alarm went off, and nearly rolled out of the hammock. She looked around, and smiled when she seen the trunk moving around the window of the car. Well, at least it wasn't something here to blow them up or anything. She could forgive the unwanted wakeup for something like this.
She yawned, streached, and pulled her robe across her chest a little more as she sat up in the hammock. "Need any help?" she asked CJ sleepily.

C.J. smiled a little bit. It was clear he was in the middle of a nice dream when the feedback happened. "She takes a likin' to ya. Wanna help me get her back in the railroad car?" he asked, throwing on a pair of shoes and donning a baseball cap. It was clear that the "knight in shining armor" was NOT the guy to have up this early. He took it in stride though, smiling sleepily.

Misty smiled and rolled herself out of the hammock. Keeping her arms wrapped around her robe, she moved over to the bag of clothing they had gotten earlier and pulled out something to put on. She didn't want to just walk around outside in nothing but her robe after all.
Not really paying attention to what she was putting on, she quickly got herself dressed. The Daisy cuts, purple top, pair of socks, and the sneakers she had worn yesterday. "Alright." she said with a small smile, moving over to the window and petting the trunk. "Let's get you back to bed."

C.J. smiled as she got dressed before lighting up a lamp by the door and opened it, hopping down from the caboose down to the ground. "Sorry for leavin' the door open, Delores." he said with a smile, giving her a rub behind an ear with his free hand.
Delores trumpeted softly before moving her trunk out through the window, C.J. went back to the steps to help Misty down.

Misty smiled and moved over to the doorway, letting CJ help her down. It was after 3 in the morning after all...probably wasn't a good idea to try and take on unfamiliar steps on her own.

C.J. was about to, but guess who got in on it first? Delores wrapped Misty's trunk around her waist and helped her up on her back. The elephant trumpeted a little as C.J. looked at them.
"Well, this is gonna be fun for three AM." he said, his face lit up from the railroad lamp.
