Zekuyama sighed and spoke to a shinigami of his squad.[Since no one actually is in it.] He handed him a piece of paper and waved him off. This would be in the papers around tomorrow now.

(So then does this put Kyo in control of 11th squad as the captain?)
Walking away from the area after Xistund was taken away kyo headed back to the 11th squad barracks. His hands stayed to his side as he walked a shadow seeming to be over him and the members of the 11th squad could easily tell so they seemed to stay away from him rather the question it. Moving to the office kyo entered and closed the door behind him as he sat down taking his zanpaktou off and shouldering it.

(Since Yuki quit I guess there's no point for my character to go running of to fetch her. *sigh* I'll have her go get the Detention Corps only then.)
"Understood. Yumi you stay here." Misaki said as she flashed stepped to the Detention corps leaving her Gigai with Bakura and the rest of them. It took her at least 10 minutes to get there and she told them where to go and asked for Yuki.
"I'm sorry but we haven't seen her or got any word from her."
"I see." Said Misaki perplexed wondering where Yuki was at a time like this. She wondered if it was okay for her to go back without the 10th squad captain with her. Guess I'll find out then. She thought as she raced back to where the group was with the Detention Corps behind her.

((Hold on a sec, the Third Seat in squad 2 is the head of the Detention Corps, if Yumi is the third seat then I made a mistake in my last post.))

(I thought I made it clear that Yumi a mod soul that inhabitited Misaki's Gigai while she wasn't using it. o.0 Sorry if I made you confused. And I thought we didn't have an official third seat that had a name yet for the 2nd squad)

Sitting within the office of the captain Kyo sat there his zanpaktou laying against him as he stare at the door. His mind was in a state of disarray currently and rather then allow himself to break down and take it out on someone else he simply locked himself away. "Why captain" he muttered his eyes seemingly drained of life and nearly devoid of color.

(I don't think it matters and I got confused because I looked backed at the character list and saw that Yuki was the 10th Squad captain.) Misaki reached the group with the Detention Corps behind and waited as they went to take Xistund away. ]"What are they going to do him?"[/size Yumi aked as she whispered in Misaki's ear curious. "Well they are going to take him to a prisn cell and then he will stay there until the higher ups decide what punishment he shall receive." Misaki whispered back hoping her explaination helped Yumi understand.

Bakura went with the Detention Corps in case Xistund tried anything, also it was his duty as Commander in Chief to help escort a prisoner on occasion, sometimes a Captain's presence could do wonders for the intimidation factor.

Xistund walked with the Detention Corps his head held high and argent smirk on his face just because he was being taken in he still had to look strong for the lower members
