User ImageNot everyone was going to be listening intently every second of every class. In fact, he was positive no student was going to be. But that thought was pushed away as he stayed focused on his hypnotism. Distracted by a teacher? He imagined that meant she was pretty. He'd probably seen her but didn't know many teachers by name unless he knew them. Maybe he'd have to check out one of her classes just for fun. He could find a way around it one way or another.

She seemed so full of interest in him now. That was good. It was working more and more. He wasn't even paying attention to anything around them, simply keep his eyes on Vira. He nodded lightly. "Everything," he repeated. Hypnosis was a perculiar thing, as different people took it in different ways. His hypnotism also wasn't the type that stage artists used either. His hypnotism worked whether you believed or not, whether you wanted to be hypnotized or not. Which was useful for him when he got it to work. "I'm sure you're....feeling a little better by now. You might be able to guess why." His voice was calm, almost soothing as he spoke. "If not well, I can explain in a bit."

User ImageVira felt her control grow over her powers, the apprehension she had felt earlier from that crowd going past fading to dust. Her brows furrowed a bit, trying to figure out how this was. Telepathy? No, she didn't think it was. It was something that was akin to what Eda could do to soothe the minds of others. She leaned more against the tree behind them, the feel of the bark clearing her mind a bit.

"Yeah... How'd you do that?" She asked softly, blinking twice as she touched a hand to her head. Nobody had ever soothed her that quickly before. And with seemingly so little effort. "Wait... your eyes are different... it's related isn't it?" She hadn't ever had an experience with hypnotism, so it wasn't surprising she had no idea what had happened now.

User ImageAs Seiji expected she took advantage of his rotten luck. He would have been surprised if she didn't. Feeling a knee on his chest and weight on his hand, Seiji exhaled, closing his eyes for a moment. By time he'd opened them Ranka was over top of them, he could do nothing more. Already he was withdrawing his Kei from the Dite, letting it go back to building up. As the Dite reverted to his deweaponized form, he could already feel the effects of the sparring. He'd used a decent amount of Kei. That was good.

When Ranka spoke, Seiji's Kei aura had already vanished, and he simply looked up to her, admiring her features from below. He was sweating, breathing heavy and defeated, but he felt perfectly fine like this. It had been a good match, he'd enjoyed it. "Yeah. I think we'll stop her," he answered, after catching his breath.

User ImageRanka saw how he was sweating and panting, herself as calm and cold as ever. Shifting, she sat on her knee's next to him, sheathing her kukri dagger before she untangled his hand from the chain, having to lean over him to do so. Afterwards, she looked down to him, touching her hands to his cheeks to help cool him off, her skin almost seeming slightly colder than usual.

"You did well. I have not had such an interesting match for a while. Do you want to go get something to drink?" She spoke softly, tilting her head in the slightest, finding herself quite content at the moment.

User ImageHyunn could feel his control shifting. He could never hold it for very long. But long enough to influence someone enough to put some sort of thought or emotion to their mind. Letting his hypnotism fade, his eyes dulled, the ring of black fading. It seemed he had done enough to help Vira, even if he hadn't really spoken all that much to relax her. That was the nice thing about his ability, even on a subconcious state he could alter or influence someone, sometimes not always in such an innocent way. Even though it was wrong of him to do so, sometimes it could was good a person to listen to though little instincts and distractions. He certainly enjoyed it more.

"That...is my ability." She seemed to come loose from his hypnotism even before he'd let his eyes fade back to normal. He'd have to practise more so he could hold it longer. If he ever ended up in a dangerous situation he'd need more than a few seconds to convince someone not to kill him or hurt him. He was proud of himself for being able to help out Vira though. "So you noticed." He nodded in response. "It is. To make it simple, I'm like a real life hypnotist. I can influence thought or emotion once the person I focus on falls into that trance like state. Whether they realize it or not." He hoped she wouldn't been upset with him. Once before, a girl had figured out what he had done and slapped him for it.

User ImageVira's brows furrowed since she didn't initially understand, remembering her food and promptly stuffed some eggs into her mouth, chewing as she listened to him. As soon as he began to explain, it made sense. She was.... amazed. Placing her plate aside, she sat up more, her golden eyes seeming to sparkle again. "That.... thats awesome!" She cried out, clapping her hands together before she suddenly threw her arms around his neck and hugged him, now only excited and happy. All the bad was gone... and she had control.

"Thank you Hyunn!" She said brightly as she pulled back, blushing faintly since she had acted before thinking. What if he didn't like other people touching him? Somehow she didn't think that would be a problem. "I... I wasn't sure what would happen if I spun anymore into a tizzy. I know I would have lost control and... oh I'm just glad I didn't. Thank you so much." She grinned, not wanting to explain she was happy she didn't dwell any further. She hated when her past snuck up on her.

User ImageEven once Ranka had moved from atop him he just laid there on the grass, letting his body rest. he felt tired for now, but that would pass once his body started to build up his Kei again. As she unwrapped him from the chain, his eyes followed her face, still so calm. Did she not feel any fatigue at all? Fighting someone like that in a real battle would be dangerous. The thoughts of battle fled from his mind though as she leaned back, her face passing over his.

Hearing her praise he smiled lightly, wondering how the battle would have turned out if the two of them had been going full out. In a contest of skill, they seemed fairly even. He closed his eyes once more, basking in the feel of her cold hands. That was definitely refreshing. "No. I'll be okay" He answered, reaching up to touch her hand. Just the coolness of her seemed to be washing away his fatigue. "Your touch is better than any drink I could have right now." It wasn't just the lack of heat either. Just knowing that it was her hands on him relaxed him somehow.

User ImageRanka blinked as she felt his warm hand on hers, a faint blush rising to her cheeks as she heard him. It was a figure of speech she believed, since there wasn't any way her hands could substitute a liquid. Probably in relation to heat. She concluded, a small smile on her lips. "Alright. Though, liquids would probably be a good idea once you ready or want to get up." She murmured, knowing how much he had exerted himself during their sparring match.

She did not need to worry about such things since her body had been built to endure long battles, stresses with her work, all of it. It was meant to last, not like his or any living creature. He would have eventually tired and she would have been fine. A draw would have happened if his slip hadn't happened.

User ImageHe was glad to hear Vira react in such a way. He'd done it with good intent, unlike sometimes. He hadn't stopped to think about how she would react or how she would take it. Some people didn't like being manipulated like that. He hadn't really gotten that vibe from her, but you could never tell. Sometimes the most timid of girls could also be the most frightening. "Yeah?" He'd never thought she would be so enthusiastic about it, but he was glad he had done it.

Being pulled into the hug, Hyunn was unable to keep himself from smiling. He needed more of these reactions, more of the fun times. Then again he should probably influence on another level if he wanted a good reaction like this. He'd used his hypnotism to help calm and relax her, not try and stir hormones. When she released him, he was still smiling, trying to make sense of what she was saying. "No problem, really." She'd been in the midst of losing control? He was even more glad he did it now. Most of all, Hyunn was glad he'd been able to call on his power when he wanted to.

Elly giggled at how Tristan looked in the water. He kind of looked like a puppy who wasn't sure what water did to their legs and once it happened, the curiousity would grow. "How does it feel? Do you think you still know how to swim?" she asked, grabbing his hands and swinging them under the water. She pulled him a bit towards the deeper end, though it was only 4ft, enough to probably reach to their chests.

User ImageWell, right now, Vira was hardly what one would think of as scary. No, she was humming happily to herself, now moving onto her sausage with a bit of pancakes, giggling happily. She saw his smile at her hug which only made her giggle more. Had her hug really had that much of an effect on him? Boys could be so funny sometimes.

Almost made her wonder what would happen if she hugged him again. Swallowing, she looked up to him, glancing over his eyes which now had returned to normal. So interesting.... "So what do you normally use your power for? Helping people? Or for more personal uses hm?" She could take a guess at what someone may use it for, but she hoped it wasn't some of those things she thought of. It could turn out bad, real bad. He didn't seem the type to do that though. Least, she hoped so. People could be really good actors. She of all people knew that.

User Image(( It's ok. I'm running into it too. >.> Don't forget to check on your other rp too! ))

Tristan blinked and looked up to her, almost feeling as if he were in two places at once. His spirit in one, his body in the other. "Uh... Actually feels cold. I have no idea. I wasn't fantastic at it when I was younger and I have no idea how this body does." He answered softly, his hands slipping easily into her own. Ok, now his body and spirit were more connected. Good. He walked with her towards the deeper end, just hoping at this point that his electrical powers didn't kick in because that could end soooo badly.

Taking a breath, he glanced around so he could see if there was anyone around. "Only one way to find out if I do." With that, he suddenly ducked under water and tickled the back of her knees, swimming away as fast as he could since he was expecting her wrath.

User ImageMaybe. Water, or something cold to drink did sound good. His brathing had already settled down, he wasn't huffing and puffing anymore. In fact, his breathing was almost normal again. Of course, that would happen with anyone, but he recovered quicker than most. If the battle, or any battle for that matter, dragged out he would have to find some way to prolong it simply so he could slowly recover Kei. If he wasn't always pushing full tilt, most battles were easy for him. Since theirs had been so fast paced, it was quite the opposite. His body was of course using up Kei, more than he had been generating.

After a few moment, he sat up, crossing his legs as he turned to face Ranka. "I haven't been pushed like that since before I left my teachers." She had countered every move he had made. Of course, he had a feeling she'd been holding back on some level. He had been doing the same. They were sparring, not trying to kill each other. Still, he hadn't expected such a quick paced battle. He'd enjoyed it. A live target was always more interesting than imagining an opponent. "That was...interesting, to say the least."

((I'll make a post for Hyunn when I get back, I have to head to work.))

User Image(( 'kk. Have fun at work. ^_^ ))

Ranka was almost surprised to see him calm already, but then again, he had said his Kei was energy in essence. And it did build up. So the fact he was already recovered for the most part made sense. Her eyes followed him as he sat up, tilting her head a bit. Really? It made her feel... like she was glowing a bit? Pride? She knew this feeling from when she had been praised back in her home dimension. Maybe not as much so then, but she did recognize it. She tilted her head at his choice of descriptive word, glancing to the ground as she thought about it for a moment.

"Your teachers did well when they taught you. It is rare for me to be pleasantly surprised by what I find in a battle. The last time this was so was ages ago. Close to when I was created." She said softly, remembering how it had smelled of death on that battlefield. Corpses had been everywhere, perfect for the side she fought for. Gave her a lot to work with. Raising her eyes, her mind returned to this time period, and Seiji. She shifted her hand that was covered by his and held it gently, lowering it to the space between them. The other she smoothed some stray hairs from his eyes, an unconscious motion, but one that felt right. Afterwards she lowered it to her lap, smoothing out her skirts a bit.

Elly found herself smiling again, the gesture not so surprizingly distance anymore. Tristan always made her happy anymore so it was enough just to watch him all the time. She also admired his braveness, not many people caring or brave enough to take on this endevour at this age, but here he was, about to do his best.

It surprised and also made Elly laugh when she saw him dunk down in the water and tickle the back of her knees. She called out in laughter and then dunked down herself, opening her eyes under the water and swimming after him. Elly herself wasn't a great swimmer either, but she could manage her own. The only thing her powers couldn't do was prevent her from drowning. She quickly caught up with Tristan and waved at him from his side in the water. They were now at about 6 1/2ft deep and she pointed for him to swim up with her to the surface, her legs kicking about in the water, her armsrotating in circles to get her up to the waters surface faster.
