There was no stopping her laughing now, he reminded her of a body guard in a sense as he stood there while she danced. She couldn't help it, his confessions and his beliefs had her wanting to tease him. He made it just too easy to do. So stepping closer to him as she danced she smiled at him, meeting his gaze. "We need to aquaint you with these times a little more Rin. Lesson one." Moving even closer her body was brushing his as she danced, leaning in so that she scraped her teeth over his neck, whispering in his ear. "This isn't being in heat, nor is it denial. This is what humans consider fun." Placing a chaste kiss on his cheek she danced away from him, slipping into the crowd before going to the bar and sitting down, ordering another water. If what he claimed was influence truly seemed to be the cause of her energy, of her good mood, she hoped it lasted a little longer.

She had only just turned away when he managed to react, jerking back a few steps and bracing himself for a battle.. Only, she did not continue her attentions.. made no move to continue seducing him. Instead he watched her weave her way through the crowd and find her seat, unsure how to process what had just happened. Humans' considered it fun.. Understanding had him nearly tripping as he fallowed her, yanking the seat next to her out from under her neighbor.. ignoring the angry rant the woman gave him as he took her place at Lys' side. " You are not to use these siren skills on me again, female." Clearly he had it wrong before, these females denied nothing.. they did not need a time of heat to seduce, enslaving males of any race it seemed.. for fun. These female humans were by far more dangerous than he had first considered.
Placing a hand on the bar he leaned forward quietly, careful to keep enough distance to slide away if she attempted to seduce him again.. Perhaps because it had more effect than he was willing to admit. He had to reconsider his strategy now, keeping his human in check was becoming more difficult than he had expected.. she did not even obey him without a fight. His hand rose to his jaw, rubbing slowly as he pouted. damn.. females.. and their.. damn.. fun..

That woman is going to come back sometime in the night and shoot us Lys thought while holding back another laugh, drinking her water. And she could clearly see him pouting, he wouldn't be able to deny it. He didn't like that she wasn't listening, it was clear on his face and by the jerkiness of his movements. It made her want to tease him even more. "If I were using Siren skills as you claim, wouldn't I have led you to the depths of the ocean by now, fair Dragon?" This is all much too easy she mused as she stood up, stretching slightly and paying for her water. "The only ones you need to worry about are the ones that continue to ask for your company." Stepping behind him she wrapped her arms around his shoulders, giving him a light, friendly squeeze.....right before biting the skin of the crook of his neck lightly, staying there a moment before pulling away and going towards the woman's bathroom through the crowd. Now what will he do?

As if she could lead me so easily-- The thought was hardly finished before her teeth pressed into his skin, a soft flicker of her breath against his neck, and then she was gone. Rin was up and fallowing before he had time to blink, only faintly hearing his seat crash to the floor behind him.
Hex, however, heard it clearly.. His expression irritated as he ducked his head. Trust a dragon to act normal for a female.. Damn! Save dragon and rub it in for years to come.. Or play with Miss Puppy and enjoy annoying her.. Save dragon, Play with puppy.. save play save play.. Heaving a deep sigh he stood, slinking to the support beam and starting to climb towards the rafters. He would need a good impact to get the lizards attention..
Later he knew.. he would have continued on right on her heels into the door marked 'women's' if not for the feel of claws slicing into his shoulder.. Hex leaping down to the floor neatly as Rin growled darkly. He was going to kill her.. or, perhaps he would bite her first.. Either way, she would be returning to his den to learn her proper behavior as his human. Hissing quiet curses he fallowed the Cat back to the table.. sitting on the bench seat as he braced his chin on his hand, eyebrow twitching steadily. Damn.. Female..
Damn.. Dragon.. Staring at Rin with open hostility, Hex sat on the table with his head low.. ears pinned back and tail twitching harshly. Why? Why had he saved the scary-until-my-human-pets-me dragon? He could have been teaseing that she-wolf already... Growling he stared at the dragon, gaze unblinking as he made fully clear his displeasure at having to save the male. " b*****d."

Lys was at the point where she actually wondered if it were safe or not to return out into the club. She had heard the chair crash as she walked, and she had also heard his growl even through the door. Funny, she wasn't scared, but she was incredibly anxious. There was no telling what had come over her, only that it was far from how she normally acted. Waiting a few minutes she finally came out of the bathroom carefully, timing it as the club was filling more. He would know her by her scent, that was true. But he would also be on edge, hopefully so far that he wouldn't notice her until late. She also had a feeling that he was right, there was a hunger in her that had not been there before. And part of the yearning was that for mischief. Still moving through the crowd she walked right by him, meeting his gaze with a smile before looking as if she were headed towards the door to leave. And not for the first time that night, she wondered what he would do. Especially with his cat watching him.

Leliana watched the cat leave and come back, a very very faint ruffle of fur on her arms and after that she scratched them. She needed to feed and that cat was just begging to be her apitizer. If she wasn't around people she wouldn't mind just walking up to him and eating him there, but that would be asking for attention and trouble. A waitress came by and almost scurried off in fear when Leliana looked up at her. She smiled then and gently pulled the woman down to whisper in her ear. When she was done the woman walked off.
A few minutes later the woman came by Hex's table and put a small bowl of milk and a note by it, having it open to plainly read. Here Kitty Kitty, come out and play. Leliana knew he wasn't just a cat, and knew he could read, she just couldn't figure it out and she wanted a fight, just in the shadows.

The items were set down just as Rin growled once more, earning a warry look from the waitress.. Yet he did not spare the girl so much as a glance, his brooding gaze locked on Lys. He would not fallow the female, his pride already injured from his earlier missunderstanding.. Locking his jaw he sat back, folding his arms over his chest with relaxed movements.. watching the crowd boredly. Even a dragon could learn to use the silent treatment.
Sniffing at Rin's actions Hex appeared to simply ignore the milk and note.. climbing to his feet and starting to stretch slowly. " Streets to wonder, it seems. Stay far from yellow flowers." Despite what it seemed, he had glanced at the note.. and while his good mood had been ruined by the Dragon's foolishness, he still needed to feed tonight. It was luck that the female wanted to play in the dark, he could not allow others to realize just what he was. Flicking his tail at Rin he lept from the table, prowling through the dance floor and out the door.. heading for the gardens.

On anyone else the silent treatment would have been so juvenile that it would be not even noteworthy, they would fall from the radar immediately. But with Rin, who was slowly learning, it was ridiculously adorable. Feeling bad now she went back to the bar and got a simple bottle of water, a glass of wine for herself and going to his table. She was trying to keep a small smile that was innocent, the water was her own version of the white flag for surrender. Stopping in front of his table only when Hex was gone she set the bottle in the center, staying where she was and raising her glass to him before taking a sip. "I'm sorry Rin, maybe you were right after all. I don't mean to try to seduce you, but I didn't think the teasing would get so bad a cat had to attack you. Can you forgive me?" It was still cute, how he thought, there was no denying that fact. "I promise I won't purposely do it again."

Leliana watched the cat for a moment before getting up herself and leaving a good tip for the girl at the bar, just to make sure she got it. She went out the door and looked around, wrapping herself in her coat as the cold wind blew. She turned her head at the right moment to see Hex's tail disappear around a corner, and she soon followed at a steady pace behind him, not sure where he was taking her at the time.
