"I know the feeling. Our dad wasn't exactly father of the year either." Salazar said as he sharpened the blades on his claw.
"Right, I guess that makes it my turn eh?" Seth said as he straighted up in his seat. "I'll give you the short version seeing as there is a lot to explain over the course of 200 years. I am Seth Usher, I used to go by Kaiser but I haven't used it in a while. I met Salazar about 10 or so years back. He was drowning himself in cheep booze and looked like a zombie. Needless to say I helped him out a bit and we became pretty good friends. However when he got sent to the asylum we kinda lost contact." He paused for a moment and then continued. "I guess thats about it. Everything else is just kinda boring."

"Wow, no offense or anything but you guys make my life seem awesome!" She smiles. "I guess that leaves Sam then, right?" She then then thought for a moment. "So wait, why was I asked to like... join alliance or whatever with you guys? I'm kind of confused about that."

Seth leaned back in his chair and said. "Allow me to explain." He took a deep breath, closed his eyes, and projected a voice into Lily's mind that only he and Lily could pick up. "Me and Salazar feel that the current factions in this world are...clouded by personal judgement. This war for example. The matron of this castle was murdered by her own husband. However due to her own power she was able to come back. She clouds these people with the guise that we are fighting him for the greater good, but it is no secret that the true reason is her own personal vendetta. So we have started our own faction in the hopes that we can stop this ridiculous war." Seth opened his eyes and said. "Questions?"

"Nope! And I am not even going to ask how you could do that. It is going to take a while to do that though isn't it? There are four of us." She was doing it again. Lily frowned at the fact that she always thought the worst of everything, even if it is what she believed was right.

"Don't you worry I have that aspect under control." Seth said confidently. He took a small pause and then turned to Salazar. "Speaking of which how about you go and talk to Kirai. Just to get a brief on what is going on."
Salazar groaned and said. "Fine, but can you do me a small favor first."
"Of course, what do you require?"
Salazar took off his claws and handed them to Seth. "I want you to put a little fire in these, if you get my meaning."
"I'd be delighted, will you be alright without them. I know you hate to be unarmed." Seth said giving Salazar a look of question.
"I'm good." Salazar replied as he started walking upstairs "I'll talk to you later man, and you too Sam"
Seth gave him a nod as he walked away and then turned back to Lily. "So, tell me, what exactly do you have under your belt, fighting wise that is?"

Lily thought. "I'm kind of physic. Not crazy physic, but in the way I sometimes have flashes or dreams about something, and then it happens.. I have a great connection with animals and can talk to them which is a pretty useles talent, but it is there if I ever need a bunny to attack someone. I am also pretty good with the sword." Lily felt kind of odd, being able to talk to animals. It was a power she usually hid, but if she was going to be in an alliance with the others she knew it would be a good idea to tell them.

Seth listened intently. "Well I wouldn't say that is a useless talent. Animals are the eyes and ears of the forest. They know who goes in and who goes out. Thats pretty valuable."
Salazar made his way up and stairs and wandered around the castle looking for Kirai. He was still angry at the whole situation but he hid it well. "Kirai! Where are you?" He shouted as he walked up and down the halls.

Kirai heard Salazar, and let out a silent sigh. "I am terribly sorry.... another guest is searching for me." Kirai bowed to her, and rising back up, smiled sweetly. "I shall return as soon as possible, then we shall speek more." With that, she bowed once more, before vanishing and appearing before Salazar, around the corner of a hallway.

Salazar jumped a bit at her sudden appearance. "Really?" He said as he regained his composure. "I brought some people to the castle to help out, just thought I'd let you know. That and I was wondering if you had finished with my clothes."

Kirai said, "I apologize that I fightened you. Thank you for bringing them here, I shall be sure to meet with them shortly. And yes, I have finished." Kirai started walking down the hallway, and turning back to face him, said kindly, "This way, I put the finished projects away in a chest in the room I shall lead you to."

"Oh, nightmares, necromancy, my first human kill, greeting new guests..." Kirai liked that he called her, 'Ms', and secretly smiled to herself about this. They soon reached a large wooden door, and opened it. Inside was a room with threads, fabrics, buttons, and everything of the sorts everywhere. Old maniquins had half-finished dresses and corsets on them. Walking over to a chest, Kirai opened it, then stood back for Salazar to look at the clothing she had made. "I decided on comfortable yet strong fabric, and double stiched everything so it would last longer."

"Sounds lovely, did you keep any leftovers?" Salazar jokingly said as he studied the clothes. "Great, you did a wonderful job with these." He slung them over his shoulder and said. "I'll change into these in a bit. So your first human kill eh? I remember the first time I killed someone. Good times, good times."

Kirai smiled. "Oh, allow me to rephrase that. I've killed atleast a few hundred people in my time... my first kill as a nosferatu, where I drank their blood." Her voice sounded very sweet and almost innocent as she said this. However.... saying a few hundred in reality was an understatement. "I really did enjoy it, though. A lovely evening I had last night, indeed."
