hey Kurt...no reason to feel disappointed or embarresed,you did a good thing for the brotherhood by killing those Raiders and keeping everyone safe. Keebz Told Kurt trying to cheer him up.

Ender took a seat behind his desk as he listened to the quick debriefing on the incident, then feeling the waves of disappointment coming off of Kurt and the manner in which he began speaking. Tapping his fingers on the desk, thrumming them lightly, he considered any words he may afford to give the Initiate standing before him, Kurt and Keebon did do a very good job along with Tom in handling the raider army, but giving too many compliments may give too much pride and the soldier's resulting in being overconfident, maybe even next time, even getting killed because of that overconfidence. So he gave the best thing that he could afford to give, which was even rare in itself to get a compliment in general, "You three have done a brilliant job in handling the threat that loomed outside of our base and handled it with precision tactics, good work.", he said in a sincere tone of voice.

Feeling satisfied that he gathered enough information on the events to file away a report, "Both of you are dismissed", he said as he reached for a blank report sheet and grabbed a pen to fill out the report.

He told Ender as he turned back and left towards the i see something wrong with this...and Kurt s right the rest of the raiders may come looking for the lost commrade's see them all dead and charge the Base...just giving you a warning to look out for these kinda things...so be prepared for anything Keebz said to Ender as he left the room.

Ender glanced up at the soldiers as they departed, giving their opinions on another possible attack and returned to the paperwork on the latest raider incident since he had the full details now.

Knocking on the door Alex barredged in without waiting for him to tell her to come in, walking up to Enders desc she placed the finnished blue print on his desk.
"Here are the blue prints on the Wraight armor Sir." Alex said as she gave him a quick salute.

Leaning back in the black office chair behind his solid oak desk, he leaned forward, the chair letting out a painful creak as Twixi came into the room after knocking, presenting blueprints to him. He picked them up and flipped through the detailed pages on the new armor that she had developed. After a few minutes of reading, leaving her at rigid attention and not inviting her to sit down as punishment for barreling into his office, he glanced up and said, "Looks good, I'll get these plans to the proper workers for mass production of the Wraith Armor, you're dismissed." As he said that she was dismissed, he stood up, offering a return salute to the one she gave earlier, then sat back down, putting the blueprints into a filing folder, then locking it into the filing cabinet, knowing that she'd let herself out.

((From the Lab)) Cartagan walked up slowly and knocked. After waiting a few moments he entered and headed straight toward the generals desk, with a crisp salute, and handed him the Schematics. "General Ender, i present to you the Blueprints for the 'Defender' PWS (personal weapons system). you will find that the improved design doesnt take up much space, and is retractable when not needed." He stands at ease waiting for the general's reply. (power armor and MkII only) The PWS "Defender":  Damage: 6-10 Range: 15 Firing Mode: 10 Round Burst Weight: 12 pounds Ammo Type: Capacity 80, 9mm Comment: Compact and lightweight, the Defender's main purpose is to allow use of both hands for multiple tasks while firing. not necessarily a powerful weapon, the PWS's Auto targeting makes for a great defensive Weapon [Warning: can only fire at any 45* angle facing forward]

((My apologies for the short RP reply, but a bit in a hurry.))
Leaning back in his chair, he quickly flipped through the schematics on this new weapon developed by the R&D soldier. After flipping through the plans, noting the ammunition type and the power supply of the Defender, he found that it was quite within the capabilities of The Brotherhood to reproduce these without each of the weapons eating up many resources to maintain them. Also, the system itself was almost exactly the same as the mobile suit shoulder mounted gun, just on a smaller scale, so it was no reason to deny it. "I'll approve the production of these units since they're very much like the mobile suit versions and won't take up many resources in the process of using them. You're dismissed.", he said getting up and finally returning the earlier salute.
