Mara bowed slightly. "Hello sir." She said softly. She stood straight and looked at him. She had the feeling they were in trouble, but what for? And the actions he was putting off. They told a different story.

"I do father, I do." Adelle laid her head on the hardwood desk. She closed her eyes against the cold, as it put her mind to some ease. "I see how the rest of them live. Alone, or completely indifferent to the life around them. I don't love the humans, but their world can be a beautiful place. I don't detest my race either, but for ancients, they can be so ignorant. Though it's not my place to say this." She fiddled with the lamp's base, mulling through the idea.
Julian found his way to camp alongside Hannah and Damian. "I'm quite tired. Let me endeavor to find my clothing, and I'll be right with you." He gave a courteous bow before sprinting off to one of the many tents.

Cooro nodded thoughtfully. He was silent for a moment before he spoke again. "I believe there is some truth in that statement my dear. The world of humans is amazing. That is one reason Mara and I am here." Cooro smiled, "She is fascinated still by how they change, by the fads they go though. Mara loves to watch them." He chuckled, "And see where it has led her. I much prefer their way of life over our own."
Damian nodded. He plopped down on the ground to wait for Julian. Hannah circled him and lay down beside him. She looked up at the moon. "Do you think anything will happen tonight Damian?" She asked softly as if her voice could bring one of the cold-ones out of hiding.

Julian made haste with his transformation, quickly throwing on clothes.The pack must be exhausted, and those vampires... He felt as if the world was coming down upon the Lycan race, and it pained him deeply. "I'm back my brethren!" He set a smile and knelt down by the two. "Are you both tired? I believe I'm going to check the wounded, then venture to find Boro. You may join my if you like, otherwise I'm lead to believe the sleeping quarters are over there."

((Yuppers, she will not be coming back as far as I know. And I am still hoping to talk to Doc about his character. We can get him back into the story if he wants that. ^_^))
Cooro smiled to himself. "It all melts together?" He asked, "Does the sun not bite you anymore my dear?" Cooro asked as he looked at her. "Then be glad that you are you and not like the majority of vampires. We are all different, but we are also so much the same. Some of us however are very different."
Damian nodded, "We, or at least I, will come with you and see if we can offer any help." He said getting up off the ground. "But I think that we should all rest before too long. If the cold ones are going to attack soon we must have as much energy as we can get."

Lucius gave up on the stern look and smiled, though his arms were still crossed over his chest. "Seeing as you decided to take leave all night without a word to me... I should be upset, as your guardian should." He said. "But... I know that you were not in too much trouble, or I would have known... So it shows me that you can be responsible on your own." He told Zack.
Zack blushed. "Oh uh.... thanks?" He said curiously. That had caught him off guard, he was expecting a lecture on something.

Mara smiled. Life seemed to return to her statue still body. She was quite happy that they were not in trouble. "We didn't get in any trouble, I promise!" She told Lucius with a gesture in the shape of a cross over her still heart. She smiled at Zack and hoped it would be alright for them to spend the day here.

"I know you didn't." Lucius said, holding a hand up to put the two at peace. "If you had, I would have known, and I would have found you two." He told them sitting back down with a smile. "Well don't be a stranger Mara. Please make yourself at home." He told her pleasantly. "It is Saturday, so I won't be needing to go in for school. I can grade the history papers without needing to take a long look at them, anyways." He said with a smile.
Zack huffed a sigh and smiled with a small blush, and pulled down the shades in the living room, pushing up a seat up for Mara.

Mara bowed quickly. "Thank you Mr. Lucius." She said with a smile. "Your home again seems very comfortable. Today should be a fun day." She watched Zack close the curtains, "Thank you Zack. I appreciate it." She skipped lightly to the seat and sat down. "What would you like to do today?" She asked.

Miles' face contorted slightly at the odd request. "Umm... we have a... cellar... thing? It gets... kind of... really cold?" He began to say slowly, then smiled, "Although it has rats in it. Big, brown ones with big-"
"Miles."
Miles stopped mid-hand gesture and sighed. "There're mostly baby rats. But why would you want to sleep there?" He asked in an unusually serious tone.

He walked them to the hideaway when at the entrance he stopped. Boro sensed agitation in the kit. Quickly turning to face her, every muscle in his body tensing, his eyes widening, raising his voice to a roar shouting in her face. "It seems you've not learned control of your emotions, how sad." His eyes moving up and down rapidly darting across her body. "Lose one step, misinterpret one threat, and that relatively short life could come to an end!" Veins bulging in his face as he casts a disturbing gaze upon her, a ghastly psychopathic grin soon unfurls; and at the peak of this display he returned to normal and with a dead pan expression he calmly said. "Sorry about that my dear, but when you get to be my age messing with the younglings is the only thing that puts a smile on your face, now under this brush you'll find the entrance." Boro pointed to the ground a dense pile of leaves surrounded by bushes.
"I have a craving for the cold, I need it right now. Also I'm sure the rats will make good company." A slightly sad smile washed across Vincents face as he looked down into his drink. "So do I get a stained mattress?" A wide smile enveloping his face, suppressing his deeper feelings.

Eve's eyes widened in shock, and as she began to step backward in fear, a thought ran through her head. I am immortal, just as he. "I have tried to remain polite with you thus far, Sir, but you are testing my limits. Whether this be your territory or not, I'd rather burn in the sun on the way home than be subjugated to your ridiculous mood swings." The loathing in her voice was venomous. "May this camp succumb to the desecration it deserves, with such a childish leader." Eve whispered to the wind as she set out in sprint. The sun indeed was painful, but anything was better than being in the company of cretans. Truly, being away from Arzachel saddened her as much as a preternatural heart could be, but she could find him again easily. And the city came into view...
A sweet smile crossed Adelle's face. "The sun still brings as much as it always has, father. I enjoy being different. I enjoy accepting the other races. It's refreshing to be out of the company of the same, once in a while. Perhaps that is why Mara and I always got along so well. I lack the fierce strength that many of you have." Adelle buried her head in her arms.
Somni took a leisurely stride home. Nothing seemed to interest him in particular, so he came to whistle a sad tune while perusing the bustling city.

Cooro stood up and walked aroudn to the other side of his desk. He smiled tenderly down at Adelle. Placing a pale cold hand on her shoulder he rubbed her back and shoulder gently and tenderly. "Adelle," He began. "You are what you are my child, and you will never be any more than that." His cold lips touched down on the top of her head. "Don't lose the vision that you have of yourself my dear Adelle. You have family that love you for who you are. And what you are is unique and beautiful." He smiled. "I am sorry that you have not seen much of her during this trip. She has been a busy girl."

Arzachel sighed. "My apologies Grom. She will learn with time. That I know for certain." He said. Turning to face grom with his cloaked face, he said. "Perhaps our presence here has been disruptive to your pack, as well as to my companion's patience. I think that we shall to make time to catch up later. Today seems rather... inconvenient." He admitted, though in his mind Arzachel wished to speak with his old friend in depth. "If you can find a better time for talk, then you can contact me through whatever way is best for you. And we should meet on... less volatile territory. A good day to you, Grom Boro." Arzachel said with a nod, and disappeared into the shadows of the forest.
