Corbin blinks as the fish was practically thrown at him. "EEp!" he said, goign back as he jumped to catch the fish. However, it slipped out of his hand as he went back and forth to catch it. "Its slippery!" he said, frustrated.

"Si-lly! Just get a grip on it." Oceanid giggled more. "Then it'll be okay." She grinned and walked over to him.

Corbin, after a few seconds of playing 'slippery fish in the air' had finally had a firm grip on the first fish. "Ah ha.. gotcha!" he said then looks up at Oceanid, then chuckles nervously.

"There you go." Oceanid's grin widened. "Shall we cook them then?" Her wings fluttered and she rocked from heels to toes.

"Sure.. just put them on the stick," Corbin said as he grimaces. He did always depise this part since his little brother Christopher has a way with making fishes funny to him. Taking a dead fish and opening its mouth at Corbin had always amuses him. Stupid sibling, Corbin thought inwardly as he looked at Oceanid. He then showed her by putting the stick into the fish mouth. "Here you go.. put that over the fire. Acouple minutes on each isde. You can just stick the other end into the sand and let it roast in its jacket," he murmured as he offered to do the other fish for her.

Oceanid handed over the other fish, it would be different to try fish cooked. She had never bothered to try cooking them before. "Is it..good?"

"Its a different taste," Corbin offered as he gave Oceanid the one with the fish on the end as he took the other fish, and did the exact same thing. "Ok.. come on," he said and walked over to the small camp-fire with seashells around it. He then stuck the stick into the sand at a 45 degree angle, at what he can do. The fish itself was about a foot or so over the fire. "That should be good.. it'll be done soon.. only if we dont foget to turn the fish over," he said, then chuckled at that thought before he turn to look at Oceanid.

Oceanid nodded and plunked down on the sand. "Come...sit." She patted the sand beside her.

Corbin went over to Oceanid; instead of sitting next to her, he sat in front of her. "Hm?" he asked with a questioning tone, his eyes searching hers as if to see something beyond himself.

Corbin blinked as Oceanid had took his hands. He didn't understand this movement concocted by his dear friend. "Got something on your mind?" he asked pleasantly enough to be genuine, not fake.

"As you milady," Corbin said as he looks at Oceanid fully from his position. He gently lifted one of her hand to his lips and gave it a quick squeeze and a kiss before releasing it.

Oceanid's cheeks turned a darker blue and she scooted over to his side. "Corbin...." Her voice was low, barely above a whisper.

"Hmm?" Corbin murmured as his eyes watched Oceanid moved from sitting in front of him to aside him. He didn't know what to make of it. Occasionally, she would do that but never that quick. "Yes Ocy?" he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
