Amber looked around slowly. She was starving, but she didn't know where to eat from. She had a bag slung over her shoulders. No matter the number of years she had lived in this place she still couldn't find her way around. She sighed as she began walking forward."Well happy birthday to me...."She muttered and rolled her eyes as she walked.

Amber blushed as her belly began growling."I am hungry and lost. This stinks."She muttered and sluked off she noticed a resturant. It had a menu up in the window, but everything was expensive. She sighed and walked off."It seems that I will go to sleep hungry again."She muttered then picked up on a scent the scent of cheap food. She smiled and licked her lips.

Silver walked around and glancing around at all the couples as she walked along alone and feeling very out of place near the fountain.

"Well," Charles said, putting up the closed sign, "I gotta go, see ya." He walked off. He walked into the City Square and noticed a girl looking out of place. He walked up. "Hello," he said, "You lost or something???" He smiled pleasently.

Silver looked at him.
"Umm. . .I was just leaving." Silver replied in a rush and started to walk away.

Opal meowed, sitting on top of Charles' head. They watched as the girl walked off. Charles shrugged and walked away in the opposite direction.

Silver sighed as she walked away. Looking back after she reached the corner she curse at herself. This could have been a chance to meet a new friend and she threw it away.

Charles sat down on a bench in the park. He sighed as he looked up at the leaves, their colors changing. Opal jumped off his head and curled up on his lap. Charles scratched her ear and she began purring.
