Favorite Animal: Tiger Why: Because they are so swift when they move in for an attack and I think that they are extremly cute to and thats why I love them.
Favorite Insect: Monarch Butterfly Why: Because they are so beautiful and yet many die as they migrate south and I feel sorry for them that way and so I think that if they can do that every year then that they have my vote.
Favorite Flower: Rose Why: Because it is so pretty and yet it has thorns on its stem but in some ways it makes it more beautiful that way.
Favorite Tree: Oak Why: Because the oak is always said to be a tree of knowledge and I like to think of it that way to and there is always somthing about oaks that make me feel safe.

Favorite Animal: 1: The Wolf Why: I've loved wolves since I was younger. They are such majestic creatures; they know the values of family, they stick together, and when you look into their eyes, you can just see a whole new world. 2: The red-tailed hawk Why: I just did a term paper on the red-tails, and what I've learned from this awesome raptor has made me want to study birds of prey as a major. They're so beautiful; they mate for life, and the awe that comes to you when you look upon the hawk is just... exhilarating. Wow, I get a little too into stuff sometimes. sweatdrop
Favorite Insect: Butterfly Why: It's so symbolic; it goes through depending completely on surfaces to move around and eat, and then after emerging froma coccoon, is a completely different creature, beautiful, delicate, and with a newfound freedom.
Favorite Flower: Rose Why: Well, for one, it's my middle name, also because they come in so many different colors... the scent that can come from such a small thing is amazing to me, and the texture of the petals are wonderful; it's also interesting that something so enticing and so beautiful has thorns. Also very symbolic.
Favorite Tree: Willow and Dogwood Why: The Willow tree is great for playing in, and the way the wind moves the branches is haunting and awesome. The flowers on a dogwood give me the signal that the peak of spring has hit, and makes me so happy.

Favorite Animal: This is the hardest one for me... though all of them are hard. sweatdrop I have a particular love for reptiles, amphibians and the more exotic of critters. My current pet... well, child really, is a dessert iguana... so he can be my favorite animal. blaugh
Favorite Insect: Dragonfly Why: I love their shape and the way they move. They come in so many colors and sizes, and they help keep the mosquito population in check.
Favorite Flower: Orchids (all kinds!) Why: The exotic shapes and colors. How many evolved to look like insects... so they have a that semi-animal-like quality to them. They're also rare and a beautiful symbol for just how intertwined life is in this world.
Favorite Tree: Weeping Willow Tree Why: I'm partial to these trees because their were so many were I grew up, so I always associate Willows with a nostalgia for childhood. Wonderful for climbing in, and have a coziness to them when they get really big. heart

Favorite animal~ Hm... all tigers, pandas, and turtles. 3nodding (Especially the panda at the Washington zoo. It's sooo cute)
Why: They are cute. And in the case of tigers and pandas endangered. Poor things.
Insect: Praying mantis and lady bug
Why: They eat aphids and help keep the plants in our greenhouse healthy for the customers. Also, it is funny when a praying mantis surprises a customer. blaugh
Flower/plant~ No one in particular, but lilac smells beautiful.
Why? My mum owns a greenhouse, which I basically was raised in during the spring. How can I pick one?
Tree: Sassafras (though all are loved when hiking.) Why~ It has like, 3 types of leaves.
