Sorry about the in-activeness, guys...Had a lot of family issues with the holidays rolling around. Ugga...
Anyway, I agree that giving each and every game/anime its own post just drags the list of posts out longer and longer, and then if there's only one or two people to discuss the topic, couldn't they just do it by PM or something? The smaller, less active posts just get lost towards the bottom of the page, and the ones with the larger fanbase eat the rest of the forum.
But, that being said, if you condense them into one large post, the smaller ones will get lost amidst those - again, with the larger fanbase.
And again still, are games and anime really what this guild was created for?? I'd lean more towards Lancelot and Merlin than Edward and Alphonse...Not that they're not cool in their own right...

Yes, that's right Kadeejah! Even some people might say that Ed and Al are even cooler but, to each their own, right?
Anyways, I just came by to say that I checked the following forums: Tavern, Fantasy conference, Museum, Storeroom and writer's circle. That's about it for me...

Well Drizzt, as far as I know, the members list thread needs some looking into. Also, if you know about RP, the RP forum can always use a check up if you haven't had time for it. I would check it out but I am not very well experienced in that department so I can't be of much help there.
As for me, I'm not good at keeping a journal or diary so don't expect a daily entry from me (maybe I mentioned this earlier). So far though, I've been checking out sub-forums recently, especially the fantasy conference, museum & tavern. 3nodding

*grins* No one expects a daily entry, folks! Just occasionally let us know what you're up to? For instance, if your job is a specific area of the Guild, occasionally let us know if posting is up or down, or whatever--maybe we'll have ideas to share about bumping things up? If you're into recruitment, let us know who you've talked to... things like that. As you can, when you can, no biggie.

Yeah, I figured as much. Still, I'm not exactly used to keeping a journal and that is why I usually forget. 3nodding
Oh and by the way, this is for all "regular" members:
If you'd like the prize for the next "Fantasy User Names contest" to be a "thank you letter", please be more active as you can, while you can. I'm also procuring the prize for the "Birthday thread lotto" to be a "thank you letter" as well, but since we haven't gotten around to 1000 posts yet, I'll just wait till we get closer to that in order to announce what kind of letter we're gonna have as a prize.
Please don't post here just to reply to me about this, if you want to let me know yer thoughts about it, just send me a PM. Thank you!
Oh and btw, I don't have a lot of time online right now so I won't be visiting the usual sub-forums. mrgreen

Ok well I'm doing my best with the members list but there seems to be a significant lack of information around here confused I woukd check out the RP forum but I havn't RPed in a long time and I don't know all that much abput it either

Ok umm, new journal entry:
Today I moved a thread that was here in the foyer that didn't belong called: "A fun game" to the tavern. I hope "hieigiot" won't be mad at me cuz I did so. I'm only doing my job of maintenance after all. mrgreen
I also checked out the usual sub-forums (the writer's circle, fantasy conference, museum, tavern & storeroom) but didn't post in all of them. I did however, make a new thread that I think everyone will enjoy. It's called avatar discussion and it's for everybody. You don't have to have a glamorous (or even fantasy related) avatar in order to post there, no. The only thing you require is an avatar but, even if you deleted it you can still vote and post about it. 3nodding
I see we have a new member too: Berserker Prime is apparently new and it's cool to see her active. I just hope she won't forget to make an introductory post at the introductions thread. Maybe I should send her a PM about it in a while, in case I don't see one in the next few days.

Ha-ha, yeah... mrgreen Anyways, here's my report: I went to the following subforums but I didn't post in all of them: "Library, Writer's Circle, Storeroom, Fantasy conference, Museum & Tavern". I sent a PM to the new member known as "Arisu_Dilandau" telling her to check out the user names thread. I also sent "Berserker Prime" a PM to remind her to post at the introductions thread, since I didn't see a post from said member. I also went to the User Names thread to announce the winners for the contest of December & January. I was glad to see another member posting there in the nick of time. 3nodding Otherwise, the contest would have been void and nobody would have won anything. There's that and I wouldn't have made another one for the next month. I plan to come back tomorrow (if possible) to post about the contest for February and how it will be run. As well as the prize or prizes for it. I may take a little while longer in posting the actual prize(s) but that's cuz I want to see what else I can come up with. Maybe I won't be able to come back tomorrow for that, I don't know fer sure though... I think that's it for me and my report. Gee, I found myself doing a bit of "Chasing" today; and that it's not even my official job! Ha-ha! lol Thank you for yer attention!
