I have an idea insted of having rps split up in levels they should be split up in genres like ninja rps and secret agent rps so people don't get mad if there rp is in level 1 or 2. (just a suggestion)

School Of Dedicated RPers Ai Leen wheee~ SDRP is the guild spotlight! And to think that I got all excited when I saw your post in a HELP thread wink Good to see you! xd Sorry, I just got all very excited seeing one of "my" guilds in the spotlight. You know what I can do *points to SDRP banner and logo, pokes personal history*, please do let me know if you need my help with something. I am considering returning to Gaia Online moderatorship, and possibly helping out in that sort of way here too, but it will be a bit since my job is currently going through the infamous "Crunch Time".

I'd like to help in any way I could. At least throw a couple of ideas your way.
Could there be something along the lines of an editorial deptartment? For those who are self-concious about their skills as a roleplayer and/or Thread Master. Not a judge, but a spell check, something like a teacher would do. This would be completely optional, of course.

HOMG! How about a Game Sub-Forum? It would make it easier for people in the guild to get to know each other and have fun at the same time! So, what does everyone think? Rubbery duck I have an idea insted of having rps split up in levels they should be split up in genres like ninja rps and secret agent rps so people don't get mad if there rp is in level 1 or 2. (just a suggestion) I actually enjoy the way they have it. It means that people at a higher caliber of roleplaying can easily find threads as such. I'm not saying beginners are bad RPers, but they usually use *'s and write one liners (etc.). When beginners want to branch out they can go to a harder section and know where it is at.
Something that might be able to improve this system is if there was a labeling chart. Like [FAN] for Fantasy, [ADV] for Adventure, [SciFi] for Science Fiction, [FUT] for Future, etc. This would probably make it easier to find RP's that certain people would enjoy.

We can suggest that people use a labeling system like that, but enforcing it would be too much work right now. But if you want to come up with abbreviations for the genres that you feel are more important/descriptive, then I can post that in the appropriate stickies

If people don't mind-I get sick of seeing this front page, and not knowing where the hell my thread is. [no offense]. I could easily label some of the new rps or enforce them. I could also move them based on their level if needed. ninja

Ideas
Delete all of the threads that aren't producing anything aka haven't had a post in like years!!!
Group all of the threads in different areas. Like if a person wanted to make a thread, they would post it in one area/once it had like at least 3 other people posting in it, it would move to another area/ the really big threads with more than like 10 members would go into a different one! This would help because every time i try to join a thread, it is either dead or already has enough members... so then I don't get to rp..... crying
Well those are my suggestions!

Well, Here is an idea. We set up a conventional/traditional roleplay thread that you can actually rp while in the towns here on gaia.
