((are they all in the same room now?))
Ren walked over to Lucy and swooped her into her arms. "Hey sweetie, how 'bouts you and me start to put the groceries away where they actually go while the boys finish painting?" Ren held Lucy on her hip as she walked down the hallway back to the kitchen.
"OK Momma!" Lucy smiled and clapped her hands together.
-2 hours later-
"Alright Lucy, we've got all the food put away, plus everything cleaned, plus all the garbage taken out. Now all that's left is to rearrange these darn cabinets with all of the plates and stuff." Ren pulled the plates and cups out of the cabinets and set them on teh counter. She then proceeded to put the cups and mugs and bowls back into new places. She was putting the the plates when she tripped over her foot and took a step forward. The plates slid out of her hand, landing on the counter, shattering them all. The shards went flying and a bunch hit Ren on the face, arms, and chest. She turned around quickly when she heard a small wail come from her daughter.
"That stung!" There was a small trickle of blood coming from Lucy's right knee. SHe promptly sat down and began to lick the blood off of her knee. The blood soon stopped and the cut looked as if it aws begining to heal itself very very quickly.
Ren had just been standing there the whole time, staring wide-eyed at her daughter as she drank her own blood. 'Jesus christ! I didn't think she was going to do it again! What the hell is going on?! Kids don't normally drink blood and like it!' Ren put all of her questions to the back of her mind for the moment and went over to her daughter, kneeling next to her she made sure the cut to her knee had been the only injury. She still had shards of glass embedded in her skin.

The two were working quickly and efficiently without the distraction of the women, although they laughed and chatted. They really did work well as a family the two of them that is. With the rooms finished, they were on their way to the kitchen when they heard the crashing, instincts flared and they were both into the room in an instant. Cordain had a longsword in hand, Halcyon on the other hand had a pair of pistols. Lords only know where they hid the weapons.
When they saw what had happened the weapons disappeared with a gesture from Cordain and Halcyon pulled out a bandage roll and moved to tend to Lucy's leg, gently and carefully removing the shards before tightly binding her wound.

By the time Halcyon had reached Lucy, the bleeding had already begun to stop in Lucy. She smiled at him when he removed the glass and pecked him on the cheek. "You'd be a good big brother!" Lucy had the mindset that was not going to be an only child, and she had no clue he couldn't just be her brother. She assumed if she wanted it done, that it was going to happen.
Meanwhile Ren was at the sink, the water flowing over her arm as she tried to pry the pieces of glass out of her arm and chest, she thought she ahd already gotten all of them from her face.
((ok this is a sucky one! >.< I'm sowry!!! gonk ))

Cordain sauntered over to Ren, a breeze caressed her arm and chest, as he reached out and quickly began removing the pieces of glass that remained, including any that was left on her face. Any wounds the air created enough pressure over to prevent bleeding.
Halcyon smiles at Lucy, "Thank you Lucy, you'd be a wonderful little sister too." he said as he finished up bandaging Lucy's wounds. He sat back finally and continued to smile as he watched her.

"Th-thankyou Cordain," Ren stuttered out, "how many more rooms are left? I think tehre are only 2, I s-s-supose we should finish them up real quick so we can get the furniture and things in here." Ren dried off her arm and looked at the others.
"Lucy wanna finish rooms, Momma. Come paint with me?" Lucy tilted her ehad with a questioningly look on her face and held ehr hand out to her mother.
"I suppose I could finish with you sweetie, Momma doesn't seem to be getting much work done other wise." Ren laughed and followed her daughter down the hallway.

The two men looked at each other and began laughing before they moved off to the remaining room together. It only took them a few moments to get to painting.
"Heh, you'd make a good big brother huh?"
"With the way the two of you are going at it I'm gonna be one"
"You wound me my son...I'm just..."
"Trying to please your carnal desires, results to be worried about later?"
"At least she likes that too"
"...I'm glad Isdra and I aren't like that."
"...I bet she'd be wild in bed. You'll have your hands full...heh...very full."
"Ah...F-FATHER!"
Hal fell silent, bright red in the face as he painted. Cordain was laughing quite a bit at this point. The room was nearing completion though.

Ren heard a bark of laughter come from the men's room and shook her head with a grin on her face. 'Good god, what have I gotten myself into? At least i's fun!' Ren brought her brush down a tiny bit and plopped a drop of paint on her daughter's nose. "Hey sweetie, havin' fun?"
Lucy looked up to her mother and giggled, "lot's momma! Hey mommma, Lucy likes that Cordain guy." Lucy nodded her head in approval and went back to painting the wall.
"Oh...well, thankyou I suppose?" Ren finished the wall, an amazed look on her face. 'Damn, didn't know I needed her "approval", that girl has some guts!'
'Hmmm, Momma better not mess this up for Lucy, 'cause Lucy likes her Halcyon, he's a nice friend.' Lucy had a determined expression fixed upon her face.

The two finished painting and their laughter degenerated down into a battle of paint between father and son. The two fell into fits afterwards. Halcyon wandered into the room Lucy and Ren were inside, "The painting in there is done too...Cordain's hijacked your shower again Ren, and he told me to tell you he said, wink wink."

"Oh good lord! Again? I seriously needed to shower!" Ren finished painting the cieling then looked towards Halcyon. "Any chance you could please watch Lucy for a minute? Thanks!" Without waiting for a reply she dashed out of the room and towards her bathroom. She quietly opened the door and snuck on her tiptoes to the toilet. With a mischevious grin she flushed the toilet, 'causing the water to become very cold.
Lucy grabbed her little brush and dipped it back into the paint as Halcyon was watching her mother leave the room. She crawled in the floor to between his legs then began to paint his feet the blue color of the room. "Hah! Lucy makes Halcyon's feet prettily now!" Lucy giggled and proceeded with her work.

Halcyon just laughed as he leaned over and began to paint Lucy's feet in return. He smirked lightly and shook his head. Cordain blinked as cold water hit and didn't even flinch. He rolls his eyes and shook his head.

Ren went slacked jawed and stared at the shower curtains. She abruptly turned around, closing the door to eh bathroom behind. SHe closed he door to her room and undressed as shr sulkily walked over to her closet for clean clothes. She was half swallowed in her close when she finally found a pair of pants. She threw them over her shoulder and began digging for a shirt.

Cordain was done and clean before he walked out into Ren's room, in the process of slinging his pants over his shoulders as he did so. "I'm done showering again, actually got clean this time." he winked at Ren as he began sliding his pants on. The man's whole body was defined and muscular in what some would consider the best ways. He definantly didn't shirk on exercise or health. He didn't go overboard either like body builders.
Halcyon was laughing still as he hugged Lucy, "We'll have to get all of us together again, maybe at a fair or such."
