Mitsu froze as soon as she entered the doorway and saw that there were people inside. Her first instinct was to flee but the girl there greeted her kindly as if they had met before. "Long time?" She seemed even more confused when the man there called her by name. "How do you...?"
She stopped. They did seem familiar, but where had she seen them? Were they old childhood friends? No....Mitsu couldn't remember back more than a couple of years ago so that couldn't be it. Her face was riddled with confusion as she thought, her head starting to hurt from trying to focus. Placing a hand on the side of her head, one eye clenched shut she stared at the two trying to remember.
Kita, ducked back down into Mitsu's hood as soon as she saw the others in the temple. They seemed to know Mitsu...but Mitsu couldn't seem to remember them. These must have been the people at the lab Mitsu had talked about briefly before they had been busted out. "Riyo....Blade." She offered softly. Realizing that her master's memory was poor from the start, Kita took it upon herself to remember stuff carefully.
"Riyo?...and Blade?" Mitsu looked to the two in turn to see if that was correct. Why couldn't she seem to remember?

Riyo knew there was something wrong as soon as The girl looked at her. Those eyes... It was as if she was looking at a complete stranger. Maybe Mitsu had amnesia?
Then she suddenly remembered their names... Though it was interesting as it sounded more like a question. "That's right Mitsu. C'mon and sit down. I'll get you and your pokemon something to eat."
Speaking of which. Riyo had never seen that eevee before. What an interesting little pokemon. White with red eyes. Albino, perhaps?
Ri-chan looked up at Riyo, then back at Mitsu. She remembered this girl. But why didn't she remember them? Her ears twitched as she heard a little voice from behind the girl whisper the trainer's names. She'd only got a brief glance of whatever pokemon was hiding behind Mitsu's back. All she'd seen was a lot of white...

As he watched Mitsu, Blade frowned slightly as he noticed something a bit off with the girl. It seemed as if she was having a bit of a hard time recognizing the two of them. It wasn't too long ago that they last saw one another so it was a bit strange. Then again, the last time they were around eachother it was quite a stressful situation. It may have messed with her memory some.
Nodding to her, he went ahead and released the torchic and charmander to let them move about once again. When that was done, he made his way towards the spot were the other pokemon were currently napping.
"Are you feeling alright Mitsu? You seem... a little confused."

As suggested, Mitsu took a seat. Food did sound really good right now, and thankfully she knew these people. At least she hoped she did.
Alright, think Mitsu....think. Where have you seen them before? Not out here....at least not until now. She focused on Riyo for a moment and suddenly remembered seeing her but not in those clothes. Some sort of strange skirt and a shirt with an R on the front. So....Team Rocket then? But that didn't seem to make sense, why were they both here?
Suddenly Blade's voice caught her attention and dull red eyes turned to look at him. "I am confused." She admitted. "But I feel alright. Everything just seems fuzzy for some reason." She paused thinking again tracing a finger around the collar on her neck with the center jewel piece. A parting gift from team rocket that she still wore. "Team Rocket.....right?"
The little eevee in her hood braved another peek at the two trainers and the pokemon that were in the area. Bright red eyes surrounded by a solid white face popped up over Mitsu's shoulder looking at everyone carefully. Kita didn't dare get down but seemed content to rest her head on Mitsu's shoulder and stay within the safety of her hooded jacket.

Riyo smiled softly as Mitsu sat down and, before heading over to her little food corner, placed Ri-chan in the middle of her sleeping pokemon.
The rations corner had just about everything. She'd stocked up, and good. There was even a mini-fridge powered by a generator. Sure, Riyo liked hunting for food. But for a day like this where the rain fell like cats and dogs, she used her own little stock.
From it, she took out a cold can of soda and a couple of uncooked fish from yesterday. And, you ask, how is she going to cook those fish? The tiny grill next to the mini-fridge was the answer. Yup. She had a mini-grill too.
Before she started grillin' the fish, she sat the soda can down next to Mitsu. "You can grab one too, Blade." She mumbled and got to work.
As soon as that can made a sound against the solid floor, Lancelot's eyes snapped open. "ohay every1's heer ." He said louder than he should've and hopped onto his feet.
As the two words flowed out of Mitsu's mouth and hit Riyo's ears, she twitched. She didn't even remember that? How does one go about forgetting something like that?
A tug at her pant-leg snapped her out of it. Lancelot stood there, looking up at her with big eyes. "i can has fooood ?"
Riyo just sighed. "There are apples in the fridge if you want one."
The little Riolu jumped for joy and rushed himself over to the fridge to snag a nice red apple. "i luv applez"

Before sitting down, Blade nodded and grabbed a can for himself. Once he was in place, he glanced over towards towards Mitsu, blinking a bit at the question. He wasn't sure if she was asking if they were a part of Team Rocket or if the collar had come from the organization.
"It'd good to hear that you're alright... and no, we're not a part of Team Rocket in any way. But... that's where we last met up, " he said while narrowing his eyes a bit at the thought. Her memory must have really been fuzzed up a good amount if she had forgotten what happened. Then again, maybe it was a blessing for her to an extent.
Yawning, Gouku awoke as Lancelot spoke up loudly. Blinking sleepily, he noticed that there were more people in the room all of the sudden. His trainer was back, and another familiar face was around now as well. Soon, he felt more awake as the scent of cooking food began to waft through the air. That and the fact that Lancelot now had a shiny red apple in his possession.

Mitsu picked up the soda can curiously. She knew what it was she just never drank them. Flicking the tab to open up her drink she gave it a sip surprised by the taste. It was much sweeter than she had expected and the carbonation caught her off guard. Choking a little on the drink Mitsu swallowed hard looking back at Blade as he explained they weren't part of Team Rocket.
So she had met them there....but they weren't a part of team rocket. Well, that made a bit more sense she supposed. Setting her drink aside Mitsu watched the pokemon as they stirred awake. The smell of food and the noise seemed to be drawing them out of their dreamy haze one by one.
"So what's wrong with your skitty?" Mitsu asked still focused on the other two pokemon that were awake now. She had seen that it was awake but didn't seem to be feeling well.

As Riyo flipped one of the fish, she glanced at Mitsu after the question was asked. "Wish I knew." She answered with a slight frown. "She's been sick ever since we got out of the lab. The nurses said that it was probably mental stress... But I'm not too sure." She hoped that's all it was. She really did. But there was a small inkling in the back of her head that Team Rocket had something to do with it.
At the mention of herself, Ri-chan's ears twitched. She glanced over to Mitsu, then laid her head on the ground. Did she know what was wrong with her? No, not particularly. Though, like Riyo, she had ideas. And she knew it wasn't mental stress. But, it was better for Riyo to think that. Because whatever it was, there probably wasn't anything she could do about it.
When Lancelot noticed Gouku eyeing his shiny red apple, Lancelot glanced down at it for a moment, then held it out to the fire monkey. "heer i banevolunt knite and ur in need of food so it urs" He spoke with a proud smile.
Just then, a pokemon bolted into the little temple. It was Calamity. And he was soaked. Carefully walking himself away from everybody else, he shook himself off.
"Welcome back." Riyo said with a smile as she waved at the drenched Absol. Calamity did enjoy the rain for whatever reason... Though she could never understand why.

As the two girls spoke of Ri-Chan, Blade looked down at the pink bundle of fluff. He also hoped that the nurses were right about her and that the skitty would be back to normal in no time. But so far, it seemed he was the only one in this group who didn't have some sort of lingering effect after leaving Team Rocket's lab.
Then, as Calamity came bolting in, he looked over to see the rather wet Absol. It seemed that he had been enjoying himself out in the rain a bit. Kaen shook his head some at the wet pokemon. Getting drenched like that was something he hated, for rather obvious reasons. Though he supposed some others might like that sort of thing... even if they weren't water types.
Like before, Gouku's eyes lit up and practically sparkled as Sir Lancelot offered him the shiny red apple.
"Really?! You're the best, Lancelot!" he shouted while grabbing a hold of the fruit.

She had been sick...since they left? That had been a long time Mitsu supposed. Standing to her feet she headed toward the little pink bundle and knelt down beside it. She didn't seem well at all, to weak to even keep her head up long. Reaching out a hand Mitsu lightly brushed the fur across the little creatures face. "You'll be alright, Ri-chan."
"Nothing can be done." Came a voice from her hood.
Mitsu just ignored that voice as she stroked Ri-chan's head never once realizing that she remembered her name without being told.

As Mitsu attempted to comfort Ri-chan, she smiled up to the kind trainer...
But her ears caught the voice behind Mitsu's back. Nothing could be done? Oh yeah? Says who? "What makes you say that, voice hiding in the shadows?" She asked with a snappy tone.
Lancelot stood proud as he was thanked. It felt good to do nice things. Even if they were rather small. Ah well, the bigger stuff will come later, right? When he grew up to be just like his dad?
Boy, he sure did miss his dad sometimes...
As the fish finished cooking, Riyo took a couple of skewers and shoved 'em right through the fish. They didn't need plates. Just sticks. Yup. "Come get it guys."

Red eyes peered over Mitsu's shoulder, this time a little less scared and a tad more cold. It was odd to Mitsu why Kita seemed to not like other pokemon, she never knew what had happened to the little eevee before she was in her care. But her cold attitude toward other pokemon was often worse than her attitude toward people. At least when she wasn't scared. "Would you not be better already if something could be done? Or are you just too weak?"
"Kita!" Mitsu said is a scolding fashion looking back at her little pokemon. Two pair of crimson eyes met but Kita quickly cowered back in her hood. "That's not very nice to say." She said a little softer reaching over her back to grab the little pokemon.
Finally she freed the little eevee from her hood and set her on the ground in front of Ri-Chan. To say she was small would not quite paint the entire picture. Kita was at least half the size of a normal eevee, a midget to her own kind, and her large ears and bushy tail just made her body seem all that much smaller. No wonder she choose to hide in Mitsu's hood, the world was a big place to such a little pokemon.
"Tell, Ri-Chan you're sorry." Mitsu pushed the little eevee forward though Kita tried to fight back by digging her feet into the ground.
Only a few inches from Ri-Chan, Kita looked at the Skitty with a mixed expression. Something between disdain and shock. She felt extremely exposed out on the floor but was not willing to give in so easily.
Hoping that the two would make up Mitsu stood to leave them be for a bit before retreating back to Riyo to get her fish. "When you apologize you can come eat." A little more demanding than Mitsu actually meant, but spoken all the same.

Blade was about to go ahead and get a fish on a stick but the little quarrel between the skitty and the albino eevee caught his attention first. He watched the two a bit, noting that they weren't getting along so well. And it seemed that Kita, as the white eevee seemed to be named, was being scolded for her remarks.
Shaking his head to himself, he went ahead and grabbed a fish.
"Thanks Riyo."
Smiling at the Riolu, Gouku nodded and happily munched on the apple. As he did so, he tilted his head some at Lancelot who seemed to be thinking about something.
"Is something wrong?" he said with a mouthful of apple.

Ri-Chan also picked up on the second comment, and glared in the direction of the voice. She was about to say something, when Mitsu spoke up and took the fluff ball out of her hooded jacket.
The Skitty stood weakly to her feet and focused her eyes on the Eevee. "You wanna say that again to my face?" She huffed out. She wasn't weak. She knew she wasn't... This wasn't her fault. She didn't ask for this. So how dare this Pokemon come out of nowhere and start judging her.
Before all the fish were taken, Riyo went ahead and stole one for herself. Mmmm, fish. The best start to anyone's day. She looked out to the rain and sighed. What a gloomy day.
"o nothin" Lancelot responded and sat down facing his friend. "i wus just thinkin about my dad . he was a gr8 nite! big an strong an not afraid of anythin . i wanna be leik that ..." Though, it was hard. He'd done everything his dad had told him to, and he still wasn't getting the whole "Knight" thing. What was he doing wrong?

The hair on the back of Kita's neck began to rise as she suppressed a hiss. The other pokemon was a little too close for her comfort. Taking a step back she watched Ri-Chan weakly stand to her feet and confront her about what she said. So she struck a nerve then?
"I said you were weak." The eevee said flatly, narrowing her eyes at the skitty. "Because if you weren't you wouldn't be like this to begin with."
Unaware of what her little eevee was saying, Mitsu took up one of the fish and started to eat. Her face seemed to perk up some at the first bite, this being the first decent food she had eaten in a long while. "It's good..." She said in amazement as if something so small couldn't taste so good.
