flameangel_child524 @Panda: True... Thing is, I crack up everytime I hear myself/someone else say that name. Idk, I always think 'Sir Gay' when I hear that... xd : I've nothing against homosexuals, mind you; it's just that it sounds strange to hear it with a formal term of address. If you know what I mean...
@Foxy: Yes, I'm pretty sure those are the original names. If you want I can list them all off the top of my head. xd There are some teams whose members' names didn't change, Team PPB All Stars, for example. And Johnny from Team Europe/the Majestics (Ralf -> Robert; Olivier -> Oliver; Giancarlo -> Enrique).
Oh, and I'm correcting myself on this one: Boris Balkov's name in the original was mistranslated or something as 'Balkov', but it's actually Borcloff eek What on earth-?!
@Zii: I know! I've heard his voice already. And I poked around in the databases I know of (with reliable sources). I goofed on this one, but only because someone else goofed up before I did. So correction on that one; Boris's seiyuu is female not male. Some nut apparently thinks it funny to confuse people regarding some seiyuu's gender... wahahahahahaahahahaahah Boris's seiyuu was a woman!!! rofl now thats funny...and I think Giancarlo seems to fit Enrique if he was normal..if he still has the mr. I-cant-have-a-real-girlfriend-because-i-have-commitment-issues kind of thing then Enrique suits him well..

Mmm I've heard that Balcov's name is actually Borcloff. However, I chose to remain believing that 'Balcov' is his original name not least because it sounds much more Russian and, therefore, threatening than 'Borcloff' ever will.
EDIT: *cries* When I pressed the submit button I got a Blue GIftbox event and when I clicked on it it said that my event had expired. No blue giftbox for Panda

It does sound more like Borcloff when Yuriy says his name in G Revolution episode 35. Then again it sounds like he saying "Boricos" too.

@BloodyFoxy: Uh... by 'Boris', I don't mean Boris Balkov; I meant Bryan Kuznetsov. Balkov's seiyuu is Koyasu Takehito (same guy who voiced Hotohori from Fushigi Yuugi...)

Why on earth did they decide to use one of the original names for another dubbed character anyway...
"The original's in Japanese, Western viewers won't bother to find out about the original, they're perfectly happy with our dub."

Why they used the name 'Boris' for Balkov's dubbed name is beyond me... perhaps they ran out of names? xd Although it's possible...
And in case anyone's wondering, I'm from the Philippines, Southeast Asian region. 3nodding I just wish I lived somewhere closer to Japan, though... =P

I know perfectly well what Doritos are (they sell 'em in the snacks section of the school cafeteria in university), but I never said 'Boricos'; I said 'BORIS' (Bryan). Unless you meant what Panda said about the Japanese version sounding like Boricos rofl

Panda said nothing about 'Boricos'. That was Zloy commenting on how his name sounds in the Japanese version.
Please, don't bung a 'san' on the end of my name. We aren't speaking Japanese.
