"And who would be the father?" he asked in an awkward tone. Favian wondered why she decided to say something like so at a time like this or what caused her to want such a desire. "Would Elyym be the father?" he asks in a silent whisper, hoping she would say yes.

"No, he is a father figure to me...we dont share that type of relationship, its a daughter and father relationship we two have."A soft laugh escaped her lips and she turned her back to him, she slid herself beneath the leafy covers"What made you think I would want Eleyym to be the father?"she asked, playing uneasily with her hair. The women's figure curled up into a ball beneath the covers.

"Who else would it be? He is elven after all." he says and lies on the makeshift bed after putting out the fire. "Both of you have been together for eighteen years, no? So if not him, who would be the father?"
Favian rested his eyes, waiting for his body to shutdown.

"I think you should know Favian, who I want to have as the father..."the girl whispered, placing a hand to his arm and burried her face in the leaves, Asay stared into the cave and purred quietly, her blue eyes examined the two closely, distracted, Lecta stared back towards the dragon outside"Oh Asay you silly thing..."she giggled and tilted her head to the side"Hmm...I wonder if dragons can speak...".

"Let's continue this conversation in the morning." he says and closed his eyes once again as thoughts of the future with a child flooded his mind. He knew that there would be more cons than pros in having a child and he was just eighteen- he didnt know how to take care of one. As he thought deeper, he fell into a deep slumber until morning when the sun pierced through the roots, its rays shining on his face.

As the sun pearced thru the roots, the girl released a small groan, rolling over onto her back, covering her eyes. She released a wimper"Its so bright..."she sighed, and the roots tightened there bond keeping all but a bit of light from entering the cave"There..."she sighed, sitting up. Lecta rubbed her eyes and stared around. The air was fresh, Asay's head was pushed thru and she greeted her with a low bellow"Good morning Asay..."raising to her feet, she stumbled over to the dragon and pat her nose.

Before Lecta had wakened, Favian slipped through the roots and lied down on the cave top, staring at the azure skies flooded by puffy clouds. The clouds moved as if the world were a sphere, touching its edges in delicate strokes. Birds sang to each other in greeting, rejoicing the return of the early sun. Winds gently caressed Favian's face as he continued to search for a proper and wise decision. He subconsiously thought about Elyym and his condition wether he was to live or drown in the darkness of death. Right now, his fatherly advice would probably do much help for he is an astromancer and knows much about the future. Favian isnt worried about life with a child but for its future, and the quality of life he or she may recieve at an era such as this.

Yawning, Asay pulled her head out of the roots and let Lecta step out. The sun was bright, and she followed behind Asay, scratching her scalp. The tree's imediatly caught her eye as the sun's ray's perced thru the holes in the leaves"Oh wow..."she whispered, and sat up against Asay, slidding herself to the soft grass and layed her head against the dragons belly.

"Mornin'' he says monotnously as he slid down from the cave top, and to the root covered entrance. Leaning by the natural doorway, he asked, "How's Elyym? Has he recovered or showing any signs of it? If he doesnt recover from his coma, he could die of starvation."

"Eleyym..."she whispered and stared at Favian with half closed eyes"He's getting better...His pulse quickened...Its not as faint..."Asay stared down at her and licked the side of her face, tilting her head to the side and covered her with her wing"I'm alright Asay...just tired..."her head slid from her dragons belly to the ground"Uhg...I shouldnt have eaten that rabbit last night...".

"What was wrong with the rabbit?" he says and steps into the cave. "I'll gather my belongings. You might want to summon healers from Meldonar or an alchemist might help Elyym?"
Favian took his collection of weapons, put on his dragarmor.

"No...we would have to go straight to Meldonar..My healers cant come out this far..."raising to her feet, she lowered the root wall and walked over to Eleyym's beside"Could you help me lift him?"sliding an arm beneath the fallen elf. She slowly sat him and and struggled to pull him from bed"We will head to Meldonar...When he is safe with my healers...we shall go to the plains...you may see it as we fly over. But right now, werre at the border of Senbar. It is unsafe here. They may have found our location...".

"Alright." he agrees and cautiously carries Elyym, his body lying on both his arms. "Can you get Asay closer?" he says as he struggles to carry his belongings and Elyym's body. "What is over the plains?"

"Your grave..."she said quietly and motioned for Asay to come forward. The dragon purred and rose to her feet. Walking over and lowered herself infront of Favian. Staring at the body he held in his arms, then lowered her head"He will be fine Asay...werre going home. He will get the proper care there...".

The great being allowed me to watch events unfold, as though it were a window. I felt apart from myself, for i was watching myself. It was a gruesome thing indeed. The dark elves would likely get away with such torture, for the law is only applicable for every race in itself. Lecta spoke of a child....why?...how long? Who knew. But i did know that she was wrong about what she thought i would say. I would welcome a child into this world, gladly, and cherish it so. Only the circumstances fall in the way of such a life. It's not time for a responsibility as of yet. But maybe sometime soon...
I knew, unlike Favian, whom the father was to be. But perhaps i would be allowed a little more research into the stars, for where ever i was at the time, the stars remained hidden in their dark blanket. I would be allowed connection with the stars once more? i asked the entity. If it could be done now, it would be ideal, but for now i was his captive in his dark throne room.
Another request elf? You seem to be demanding more and more yet....Why should i? that was the same question it asked earlier upon my first request. But i did not know it would deprive me of such a divine gift. The stars were part of me, and they were a part of my soul. To live, for however briefly, without them would be no life for me. Besides, I'd need their help to convey the message i wished to lecta...
I ask for little, for the stars are part of my life. You allow me life for a brief time, and with it, the stars must come. Otherwise i'd be cheated, and would be inclined to struggle against your control. i told him. It was the truth....Than an idea struck me...Yes i would need the stars, desperately if this were to work....
I will allow a connection, for i would not cheat such a humble, and deserving elf of his reward. Be my guest, but still, the time will come. Wait patiently, and please, ask for no more. it told me. I was beginning to believe it held a certain respect for me. Perhaps i deserved it, but i wouldn't after this happened...No after this he would vow his revenge on me, and i could even go down in history as the only living creature to cheat death.......
